Food is tasted but you have to reach at time 8 to 8:30am after that rush. Room are 3 star+ and good decorations. But there is high problem of hot water for bath due to electricity problem. Staff are good behavior and cool and cooperative. Mr. Iqbal is a very nice guy's and helpful.

The services & food is really very awesome everyone here is really very supportive. If you want to have a stay please select this hotel for sure. Specially Iqbal & ishafaq harsh all this staff are really very helpful in all the terms. Thank you to make my stay beautiful & safe .

I am posting my review during my stay in this hotel from room 70X. I have the booking from 22 nd march till 25th march and only conpleted 2 days here. Every day i am facing new new issues and the most common is the water supply. I have to call and tell to the reception that the water got finished and you need to switch on your motor. And almost after 1 hr i am getting water. I got surprised to see so many good reviews but may be i am the unlucky one for them.

Hotel staff and all the person in every department were so good.They greeted us like family.Food quality was superb. Stay at rooms were so pleasant. Must stay here.

Hospitality and food was great. Had issues with bathroom flush. Other than that, everything was good. You can surely stay here peacefully.

Room Cleaning is proper. Internal room temperature is maintain warm as per weather. Provide bad heater for comfortable sleeping. Food is too much good and tasty. Famous dal lake is near from resort location. Overall fabulous resort and rooms.

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful specially (Tarique bhai, Huzair bhai and Aabid bhai). Hotel is very modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bedroom. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I especially, enjoyed the view of the sunrise.Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available. Bonfire facility is also available every night.
