Hotel Sultan Residency

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Its peaceful and tranquil location adds up to its beauty. Rooms were perfectly clean and food was exceptionally tasty. It even has a beautiful cafe serving delicious cuisines. The topmost credit goes to the amazing hospitality of the staff. They were kind to my requests. Especially Naseer bhai treating guests as their family. Thank you so much

Hotel is close to Nigeen lake and public park, it's having all high-tech features and good for solo as well as family travel. Rooftop cafe was good and outside view is good. Staff was very cooperative and nice. Food was good too and parking is available. Over all great stay

The hotel is on the road which had quite a lot of traffic noise. The room was very small no cupboard or table to keep things. The hot water geyser was not working and there was no rod to hang towels in bathroom. The room was not properly cleaned after the last checkout. Food was average. Staff was a bit laid back. There is no lift, have to use narrow stairs. Would not recommend this place.

Location and service is good but rooms are not at all up to the mark according to the price. Washrooms were not clean and room was similar to cheapOyo rooms. Did not like my stay due to the rooms. Also no lift in the Hotel. Faclities: 2/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 Service: 5/5 Location: 4/5

Absolutely lovely rooms. Spacious and up to the point and not very costly. We booked at 3k per night. We wish we would have booked it for the entire stay as we paid a lot more for other average rooms. The staff is good, and the food at the restaurant is also good.

It was a spectacular experience for our entire family. The rooms were so clean and well lit, the behaviour of the staff was top notch, the foods were amazing and really great in taste, and they never complained once about our heater being on 24/7. I would definitely recommend everyone to come and stay in this hotel. And our pet loved it

The hotel Sultan Residency is top-notch. In addition to being pet-friendly, the accommodations offered fantastic views of Kashmir's natural beauty of Nagin Lake, Private Parking available at hotel and a garden and an onsite restaurant. The Food is delicious, speciallly Pizza, Milk Shakes and Non Vegeritain food is must try at Hotel Sultan Residency. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, special thanks to Mr. Naseer Khawaja and Mr. Naraj Babu making sure that we had everything it needed to feel like at home. We truly miss their company and looking forward to meet them again soon in our next trip to Kashmir.
