We, a group of 9 from Kerala including kids, had an amazing stay at Hotel Star of Kashmir! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. A big thank you to Mr. Aadil, the manager, for being so helpful, committed, and always available to guide us. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was truly heartwarming. The staff was always supportive and friendly, and they even helped us with cooking special baby food for our 1.5-year-old baby, which meant a lot to us as parents. Highly recommend Hotel Star of Kashmir for families looking for an affordable, comfortable, caring, and memorable stay in this beautiful place. Thank you for making our trip so special!

We stayed for 4nt 5days in 3 rooms and 3 families, rooms are good specious, but Sorry to say that there was some inconvenience for us as the food menu was same for 5 days for b/f and dinner. Food taste was ok but can be improved better. Room service was bit late, may be due to manpower issue due to Ramzan month. Good things were that heater and hot water provision was good. Driver was also provided by hotel who was not co-operative and very rude in nature, driver was asking us to move as per his own conviniance, and continuously talking on phone while driving, hotel management shoud not deploy such type of driver for tourist.

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice. The location is also a nice, quiet, peaceful place. The veg non veg food is sumptous and delicious. There is also free wifi center heater for guests. The staff are polite and well-mannered. Overall, a nice experience.

Hello... Hotel is truly amazing, we stayed 2 night's 3 days, food quality is very good. We like hotel service. Staff are so cool and very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean, 24hrs hot water and room heater too. Recommended for family stay
