Hotel Snowland Srinagar

Stayed at Hotel Snowland Srinagar after a great experience at their Sonmarg property -- and once again, the hospitality was top-notch. Rooms were super clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Special thanks to Manager Riaz for upgrading us to a couple suite -- the room was spacious, spotless, had a jacuzzi, and felt truly royal. Also, a big shout-out to Nasir, the F&B manager, for his warm service and delicious food. He kindly let our driver join us for breakfast, which was much appreciated. Overall, an amazing and memorable stay!

Snowland Srinagar has to be one the best hotels I've stayed so far. Everything looks exactly like the picture and has also homed various Bollywood celebs from Shah rukh Khan to Samantha Ruth Prabu. Situated right next to the Dal lake, the location of the hotels perfect to travel to most local attractions in Srinagar. The must say have to be about the staff here. Everyone is very warm, welcoming and provides excellent services. The food is great with an offering of wide variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. Would love to recommend this hotel to everyone wanting to stay in Srinagar. 10/10

Wow. The stay was so awesome. The staffs were friendly and were very fast in responding to our needs. The food in the restaurant was very awesome. Wide spread of food and it was so delicious. Staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Managemant was very good especially the GM Mr syed moien and all staff .Restaurant incharge Mr nasir was very attentive and give us gd service. The variety and quality were exceptional, with both local Kashmiri delicacies and other cuisines available. Every meal felt like it was made with love, and the flavors were authentic and delicious. Special mention to the courteous restaurant staff who made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Hotel Snowland offers a perfect blend of comfort, excellent service, and great food. We were here around the terror attacks in Pahalgam and the staff at Snowland was more than wonderful. We were safe and very well looked after. All the staff from the front door to the restaurant to housekeeping have been wonderful. The restaurant staff was great. Sayed, Nasir, Yawer, Arshid, Zia, Altaf, Owais were simply amazing. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel and its staff were simply exemplary. The manager Ashique and the housekeeping staff Ayub and Kirmani stood out for their services. The restaurant has an excellent cuisine and a wide choice to delight your palate . Sahil is one name that I could remember. The front office staff were equally helpful, of which Zia was exceptional.
