I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available at every meal. I also really appreciated how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was--it was the perfect escape. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions, and the views were simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back

I had a very pleasant stay at Snowlight Hotel in Srinagar. The place was clean and well-maintained with a strong focus on hygiene throughout the premises. The food served was absolutely delicious offering a great mix of local and standard dishes. What stood out the most was the staff - extremely polite, courteous and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! We had the worst experience of our lives at Snowlight Hotel in Kashmir. We were on an all-inclusive tour, which clearly meant all hotel payments were already covered by our tour operator. However, from the moment we stepped into this hotel, it was a nightmare The hotel was filthy, smelly, and completely unhygienic--so bad that we immediately decided to shift to another hotel at our own cost. But when we tried to leave, the staff forcibly stopped us, claiming they hadn't received payment and that we couldn't leave until we paid them directly. Despite explaining that payment would come from the tour company (which they had a collaboration with), they refused to listen, denied everything, and got aggressive What happened next was nothing short of harassment and illegal. They: Refused to bring our bags down Locked the main gates, trapping us inside Cut the power supply to the lift and Wi-Fi, making it harder for us to move our luggage and contact anyone for hell Locked the reception area and wouldn't even let our local driver leave We were a family of 12 people, including women and children, and were literally held hostage in the hotel. The staff verbally harassed us, demanded money, and treated us with absolute disrespect. It was traumatic, unsafe, and completely unprofessional This place should be shut down. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Snowlight Hotel. Worst hospitality experience ever. Shame on the management.

Came with my family members of 6 people and had a very loving and cozy experience there. The staff was extremely helpful and always there for us. The food was great and felt like home. They made our stay there for 4 days an easy and a memorable one. Definitely coming back to srinagar.

Worst hotel stay experience i had. They treated our group disrespecfully and served us cold and salty food. They turn lifts off and at first they said it was power off and later we found out it wasn't power outage and its just they turned it off so that people staying in hotel doesn't use it as per their convinience. Never had such a terrible experience in all these years of travelling. I will not recommend this hotel to others if they want their kashmir trip enjoyable without getting stomach ache from eating their food and not wanting to use stairs to go to 3rd or 4th floor!!!

I recently stayed at Hotel and had a decent experience. The location was convenient, and the staff was generally polite. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was good. Food was good some dishes were good, Room service was nice Overall, it's a budget-friendly option
