Very bad serivces n rooms are tooo shabby And kitchen is sooo unhygienic u would prefer fasting...!

The worst of all hotels I have ever been to. If you ask for a service they think and your job will be done after an hour or so or might not be done as well. The staff keeps an out of service on the lift door and states the mechanic came and couldn't fix it. My old parents having knee problems had to suffer every day to go up and down the rooms. Pathetic people.. pathetic service..pathetic rooms. You won't find a room which is not having damped walls. The electricity goes of and on every day for few hours and it seems they do it deliberately as whenever we complained it came after 5min.(May be they knew magic) Bizarre experience. I wish they could be off list of hotels. Scammers of all time DO NOT BOOK. A BIG NO!

Good experience at all.... service are moderate .... Price of rooms is also affordable for all ....At very low cost we get good quality room....if you are tourist and searching room for stay.....then it is better place for stay..... ambience of hotel is good.... overall environment is good

They Don't provide any service. Also they are very rude and doesn't pay attention to our need. The room is dirty, bedsheet, blanket and pillow cover has stain and dirty, also ripped. The roof was leaking and water seeping. The lift always broken. We have to take the stairs, which was devastating for our parents.

Affiliated with unreliable travelers, we were forced to vacate the premises after just one night. To add insult to injury, we were rudely awakened at 6 in the morning and instructed to empty our rooms due to a pipe burst, forcing us to find alternative accommodation.

Firstly, I must address the owner's presentation, which left much to be desired. His manner of speaking with guests was shockingly rude. In my case, I needed my bedsheet changed, as it had not been replaced for nine days. I requested this service from several staff members who assured me it would be done by the evening. Unfortunately, this promise went unfulfilled. In the evening, I finally had the opportunity to speak with the owner. To my dismay, he rudely denied my request, stating that bedsheet changes only occurred after 15 days, which was a blatant falsehood. However, I persisted, and he reluctantly provided me with a bedsheet, though it felt like an unwarranted ordeal. Furthermore, the hygiene standards in the kitchen were severely lacking. The food quality was subpar, and I had concerns about its cleanliness. When it comes to the rooms, you'll find a TV hanging on the wall, but it doesn't function, which was disappointing. Additionally, there were multiple instances where the elevator intentionally malfunctioned, causing inconvenience. In conclusion, my experience at this resort has been less than satisfactory, primarily due to the owner's rudeness, poor service regarding basic amenities like bedsheet changes, subpar food quality, non-functional amenities, and elevator issues. The worst experience. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I booked this hotel Through Agoda and they said they cannot give us the room.The staff is very rude and the rooms when I checked were scary and creepy. The owner asked us for double the price we booked it For . The location they have put here is also fake . Do not book This

The 1st night we checked in around 1AM, and the hotel staffs, Imaran ji and team were so courteous that they served us food at midnight. The food was over all good. Location is bit a far from the dal lake and main market. I would recommend to book this property if you are planning a trip for Kashmir.
