We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. We appreciate your hospitality. The in-room coffee arrangement was a wonderful touch,and the free Wi-Fi was a great convenience. The support staff are very cooperative and the food provided was very very tasty & delicious. Rooms are good and well maintained. Also all staff is helpful. Just one concern they don't have good menu and variety in breakfast and dinners. And also not very tasty.

Hotel royal Savoy exceeded all our expectations. The lift was a much- appreciated feature, especially for my elderly parents. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, giving us sense of both luxury and comfort. Every amenity was provided with attention to detail. During our family trip in October 2024, we had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Savoy. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful and peaceful scenery. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I would like to give special recognition to Muzzafar Ahmed and Aiaz for their outstanding service. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. They were very accommodating, arranging extra beds and fulfilling other requests with efficiency and care. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was delicious--offering great value for money. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this property. As a travel agent who has provided numerous bookings to this hotel, I was shocked by the poor conditions and unprofessional service. * Unhygienic & Poorly Maintained Rooms: The rooms were not clean, and the bathrooms were in an extremely shabby state. Basic essentials like a floor mat and toilet paper were missing--forget about them providing toiletries. * No Central Heating: Despite what they claim, there was no central heating at all, making the stay highly uncomfortable. * Rude & Unprofessional Management: The reservation manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing concerns, they insisted on charging clients who had just checked in but had to check out immediately due to these major issues. If this is how they treat guests who book through a trusted travel agent, I can't imagine how they handle regular travelers. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.
