Every staff member here is incredibly warm, humble, and always ready to assist, making sure that every guest feels truly valued and comfortable. A special mention goes to Waseem, the assistant at the restaurant, whose dedication and kindness stood out. His jovial nature and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience truly make a difference. His attentiveness and generosity reflect the high standards of service that this hotel upholds. Overall, this stay has been nothing short of exceptional. I stayed at Hotel Royal Plaza in Srinagar with my family during our three-day holiday in Kashmir, arranged by our travel agent. Our experience was truly delightful. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our stay both comfortable and memorable. This hotel is part of Aziz Group of Hotels - who have multiple properties in Srinagar (We booked 3 of them during our stay - Green Rooms, Royal Plaza and Houseboat). While their hotels are luxurious, their houseboat conveys are radically different picture. ||Coming to Royal Plaza - The stay here was not part of the original itinerary. As we were unhappy with the unhygienic conditions in and around Dal Lake (and Aziz Houseboat), we called up Green Rooms to check for any availability on the last day of our 9-day trip. As Green Rooms was full, they have suggested Royal Plaza which is right opposite Green Rooms. The booking process was very seamless, without any surprises. ||The rooms, though not very spacious, were very clean. With 2 kids, I found the space to be very tight. The food and the service was very good. ||A special mention of their service on the day of our check-out - Our Checkout was on March 31 (Ramzan) where everything was closed in Srinagar. The staff was kind enough to provide lunch for all of us (7- including kids), without which it could have been a very difficult situation.||I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Srinagar.

The Royal Plaza Hotel is very strategically located at the heart of Srinagar city, easy access to various restaurants, convenience stores and local street foods. The hotel facilities are great, the room is clean and comfortable. The cafe served good and delicious foods. The staffs are very warm and friendly with good services. We had great time staying at Royal Plaza Hotel.

I had a decent stay at Hotel Royal Plaza in Srinagar. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city. I do appreciate the efforts of the staff, Mr Waseem and his team, to make our stay comfortable. They were attentive and courteous, which made a positive impact on my stay
