I stayed at Hotel Royal Heritage with my family for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are really good, and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ilyas, who made our mornings special with his cheerful stories and small talk during breakfast. The complimentary buffet had good food, and the room service was also impressive. Kashmir's hospitality truly shines here. Highly recommended!||Only cons:|1. Difficult to spot the hotel from the road because its inside a narrow lane. |2. No special view from the rooms

My friends and I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff was not only friendly and efficient but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every morning, Mr. Irshad greeted us with a warm smile and positive attitude, setting the tone for a great day. Both he and Seerat were incredibly courteous and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Their genuine attentiveness made our experience truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service and a memorable stay!

This is a newly constructed building with good parking. The view from the room is amazing. It is located away from thr busy roads which give you the real feeling of the mountains. Food was really good and they go out of the way to accommodate you. Please be aware that this is a shared accommodation, more like a service hotel where the living room and kitchen is shared with other guests, if the other rooms are occupied. For us, there was a little confusion with that. The rooms are very clean and tidy and so are the washrooms. The rooms have WiFi. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend staying here.

Absolutely terrible experience. The central heater was not switched on until the manager decided, leaving us freezing in Kashmir's harsh February cold. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, making even basic hygiene a struggle. The food was awful--even something as simple as roti was inedible one night. Completely unacceptable. And on top of all this, we were traveling with a toddler, making the lack of warmth and basic amenities even more frustrating. Would strongly advise against staying here. Find a better place.
