Hotel Regal Palace

Ever since we thought about traveling to Kashmir, we were worried that there would be no one there for us. We wanted a reliable, clean place to stay for our family trip, especially since I am with my elderly mother, wife, and children. The Regal Palace Hotel in Srinagar was the one answer to all our questions. I had contacted Mr. Zoaib Ali, the owner of the Regal Palace several times before the trip. We all had doubts. He patiently cleared our concerns, knew everything we needed and made arrangements in a very professional manner. Mr. Zoaib Ali is also a good philanthropist. I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Kashmir through Regal Palace. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were a treat for any Malayali. The vehicle and driver were arranged by Mr. Zoaib Ali himself. Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Shankaracharya Temple, Kheer Bhavani Temple, Manasbal, Doot Patri, Shikara Yatra, Vaswan Lunch, everything we wanted was well scheduled with the guidance of the hotel staff. Thank you to the Regal Palace team for a great Kashmir travel experience. 'The hotel is just a short walk from Lal Chowk for an evening stroll. The River Jhelum is the major river near Lal Chowk in Srinagar, and it is just on the rear side of the hotel. Wifi was good.

Rooms were good. Location was fantastic and near to Lal Chalk. Foods were good. Service was good. Thus recommended for stay. We have been there from 13th to 15th April 25.

Rooms are okay. Commode was broken. Tv remote was not working inspite of repeated attempts. Restaurant was good. They had plenty of options in veg & jain food though the taste was just okay. But appreciate the effort taken by restaurant staff.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel.. the guys Firdaus Sharvat Yansah Asif and Wasim was of great help..they prepared non spicy food specially for us..location is very near of all shops u cn do lots of shopping specially on sunday their is a huge market..keep up the good work guys you are the gem of Regal Palace

Only the lobby is nice , the second you enter your rooms it's hell sometimes the wifi doesn't connect, and don't even get me started on the bathrooms , we were alot people and that means alot of rooms. The bathroom in my room was busted , broken tap , broken shower which burned one of our family member , broken jet spray and so much more . The food is pretty mediocre

Regal palace is a perfect stay option in Shrinagar Close to Market place for shopping, easy to explore local area, Service vice staff is very kind, polite and very family like, Rooms are as shown in pictures clean, Food variety and quality is good tastes great We stayed for 3 days felt like home for those days

Very Poor Experience in this Hotel. Staff is very rude. Way of talking is worst. No one ready to take responsibility. Staff argue with me for no reason. Poor management in breakfast & lunch at in-house resturant. In short please don't book this hotel.

No room service.. room n bed not clean.,. No one care about guest... They r not providing shower kit n all... N also no hot water
