I recently stayed at [Hotel Palm Springs], and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel excels in service, with staff who are courteous, professional, and always eager to assist. From the smooth check-in process to the helpful concierge, I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered a comfortable ambiance. Housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness and replenishing essentials daily. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options. The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive. However, I felt that the breakfast selection could have been more diverse. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 instead of a perfect score is due to minor areas for improvement, such as the food issues. However, these are small issues in an otherwise fantastic stay. I highly recommend [Hotel Palm Springs] for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely return!

Every meal was flavorful and felt like a blend of homely comfort, the tea--it was heavenly. Overall, the stay was peaceful, the service was warm, and the food and tea were genuinely unforgettable. Had an excellent time at the Hotel Palm Springs, Srinagar. The service was excellent, I travelled with a group of 30 senior citizens, and the whole staff was very patient and compliant. The food was great, and every dietary need was followed. The morning breakfast special masala tea was exceptional, A delicious start to make the whole day better. The location is close to Lal Chowk market, which is a must visit for shopping. A special mention for Rafeeq who provided excellent service

Value for money, Rooms are like 4 star, warm cozy, great view. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet is must. Every helper at buffet is very attentive to all needs. I stayed at Hotel Palm Spring for three days with my family and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner offered a good variety of options. The only downside was the slow and unreliable WiFi, which made it difficult to stream or work. If this is improved, the stay would be perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and would consider staying again.
