I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff is incredibly prompt, helpful, and extremely polite, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of. The ambiance of the hotel is perfectly fine, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the centrally heated rooms. They provided the perfect warmth, making my winter stay cozy and comfortable. It was truly a relief to come back to such a well-maintained and warm room after a chilly day outside. The food, however, deserves a special mention! Every dish on the menu is thoughtfully designed and incredibly tasty. The flavors, presentation, and variety exceeded my expectations. I must say, a 5-star rating isn't enough to justify the outstanding quality of both the food and hospitality. Overall, my stay was nothing short of amazing, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, warmth, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning!

It was a great experience at Hotel Paisley Palace... Enjoyed a four days stay with my family.... Rooms are spacious and well maintained, with a good centrally heated system which is required in the chilling cold of December. The food and the buffet was great... one of the dish I enjoyed was loki masala it was tooo yummm....||All the staffs were very friendly....especially Mr. Hilal, the food & beverage Manager and his team Mr. Manzoor, Mr. Ishfaq and Mr. Talib, they felt us like home and the way treated us is really appreciated.||I booked this hotel with the help of Mr. Sahil... he was available on call for all the time as required, Mr. Faizan and Mr. Idrees also made our stay a comfortable one...||These guys deserves appreciation for all the efforts that they had taken. They are friendly and polite with all the guests there.||It is a highly recommended property in Srinagar for a clam and friendly stay....

Relatively new. We stayed here for 2 nights and it is a good place. Service is good, rooms are spacious and staff is helpful, wifi connectivity is very good, shower is good. We just had breakfast and it was good too. If you are expecting a 3 or 4 star experience please reset your expectations.

Best hotel experience. Really friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Chef Mr. Riyaz for serving us yummy food and also we are thankful to Hotel staff - Mr. Hilal, Mr. Manzoor, Mr. Mudasir and Mr. Takin for the friendly service. Will surely visit this place again for Veg manchurian which Mr. Riyaz cooks it to perfection.

Very cozy and comfortable stay place but away from the Dal lake and the main attractions of Srinagar. The food and service were excellent. Well behaved and knowledgeable staff.
