HOTEL NISSAR SRINAGAR

I booked this hotel via MakeMyTrip and booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. Booking amount was more than 5k but the room booked was deluxe. But the room was with a king bed and it was difficult adjusting 2 adults and 2 kids on the same bed. Moreover, hotel ground floor is always filled with Kitchen smoke and nothing is really fantastic. It is the hotel staff who has kept this facility alive. They responded well and gently. Other than that, breakfast is average, facility is average, location is also average. This hotel is mostly booked by the travel agents

Rating: 1 star Review: I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Nissar by Dev Rising in Srinagar. The front desk staff changed their behavior after noticing my saffron-colored holy Rakshabandhan. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe throughout our stay. It seemed like there was a clear difference in how Hindu and Muslim guests were treated. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable. No one should feel insecure or judged because of their religious identity. I do not recommend this hotel, especially to Hindu families or anyone looking for a respectful and inclusive environment.

The hotel was extremely good with best quality food and services. And the staffs were very kind and polite.

The service , staff behaviour is best in the city . The food is awesome and mouthwatering . It is always served hot and on time. Mujtaba , Aman ,Sushant & other staff are very cordial

The best thing about the hotel was its bed-sheet.It kept us warmed even in -1 degree.

Loved the stay in nissar! The whole place is lovely and Aman and Sushant made our stay more comfortable. Food was lovely too! Aman's lil conversations made the trip a lil more memorable
