Hotel New River View

The best experience ever we had, 5/5 for the cleanliness maintenance and the delicious food we ever had in Kashmir so far. The staff was super polite with us and so humble. Mr shaker assisted in the best way. If we ever come to kashmir again, we gonna stay here for sure

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was warm welcoming and always ready to help with a smile.The location was perfect close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Was a wonderful stay. The rooms were great and tidy. The housekeeping staff was really helpful and always ready to assist with any request, no matter how trivial it was. Overall a nice experience. Afan bhai at the reception was always available to address any query or resquest.

I have checked in march 2025, my experience was good, you will get good hospitality and service. Staff is also humble and asif bhai is so helpful. We had some emergency in that also he understood conditions and helped. I recommend this hotel and prefer to have river side room. Decent & clean rooms. Good service by staff. Mr Afan was helpful. Mr Shakir provided us Jain meals & breakfast. The rooms on one side have River View. Location is in a crowded market area

The room was not properly cleaned. The bed was not clean, the bathroom wasn't fresh. It was disappointing and not up to the expected standard. Hotel is situated in the market area. Expect a high traffic during business hours. No parking space in hotel
