Hotel New Green View Srinagar (Ghulam)

I had a wonderful experience at the Kashmir New green view Hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would especially like to thank Saba Ma'am for her kindness and attentiveness. She made sure all our needs were met with a warm smile, and her hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and friendly staff!

Please avoid booking this hotel. The place is simply inhabitable. We booked for 3 days, and when we arrived, it looked nothing like the photos, and the amenities did not match what was shown. We felt unsafe, and it seemed risky to stay there, so we left immediately. The hotel manager was rude and didn't even offer to clean the room. We booked through Goibibo, and they just said the amount paid was non-refundable, essentially looting the money.

Worst place to visit. |The staff is the rudest, place feels unsafe, there is a mentally challenged bellboy that is again rude to you.||They have a boat with them, will not send it to pick you up even if you pay.||They only had 1 water bottle that we paid for, for a family of 7.||Nothing to eat onboard, the female staff is hostile when asked to change blankets.||DONT VISIT.

Very good arrangements in true traditional hotel or homestay and sikara service in Dal jheel or srinagar. It is a typical buildings specially those person want to historical typical traditional general person living style of Kashmir...

The Green View & New Green view are very poor quality rooms.its a home stay .no hot water available,no power supply available throughout the day.the staffs are very bad.overall service is very bed.Don't stay here .everything is bad.

I prefer this Hotel the Staff and Owner behaviour is Very Good Must Visit if you near Dal Lake

Very nice place for stay. Staff is also very polite and cooperative. Amazing view of Dal Lake from Hotel.
