I recently stayed at Hotel Milan in Srinagar , and I have to say, it was a pleasant experience overall! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The food was also a highlight--delicious and well-prepared, with a variety of options to choose from. Unfortunately, we did encounter a minor incident during our stay that caused a bit of concern. However, I was really impressed with how the staff handled the situation. They were quick to offer support and assistance, ensuring that we felt taken care of and that everything was resolved smoothly. Despite the little hiccup, I left with a positive impression of the hotel. The combination of great service and tasty food makes it a place I would recommend to others. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and good hospitality, Hotel Milan is definitely worth considering!

Hotel Milan is a wonderful place where families can stay and enjoy their time. My family and I stayed here for three nights, and we truly enjoyed our experience. The staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is excellent, and the food and service are outstanding. We loved this hotel and highly recommend everyone to book their stay here to make their trip memorable. I would especially like to thank Mr. Rayees, the hotel manager, who is very professional, polite, and friendly. A hotel needs managers like him. From the moment we arrived, he motivated us and personally ensured our rooms were properly checked. A lovely hotel with amazing staff!

A pleasant surprise was that all of them spoke in fluent English, which made communication seamless. As a South Indian, I had the impression that people from North Indian territories might not be comfortable with English, but I found Kashmiris to be open-minded and welcoming. The centralized weather control system in the hotel was a blessing, keeping us warm during the cold nights. Additionally, the availability of 24 hour hot water made the stay even more convenient, especially in Kashmir's chilly climate. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. All the other reviews are either paid/asked to write/fake. First of all, this is NOT a 4-star hotel as advertised. The travel agents have a partnership with this hotel so they generally recommend this. I stayed for 2 nights here. Room: The room I first checked in to was horrible. Marks on the wall, spit marks on the restaurant menu, water on the bathroom floor, half of the lights not working, wet walls. I asked the reception and they were kind enough to accomodate me to the other room, which was better but the marks on the wall remained, bathrooms were not maintained, cups were missing, a glass was broken. Asked for bathroom slippers in the room and it wasn't delivered. Asked for laundry and there was no card in the room, only random rates. Do mind, this hotel is a 4-star rated hotel in google missing the basic things. Food: Pathetic. Dal Makhani was stinking, paneer was fake, tea was horrible. The chef should be the first person to be let go from this hotel as the food was beyond pathetic. Neither the breakfast, nor the dinner was up to the mark. Waste of money. Location: Inside two lanes. No proper views but that's okay. Depends on what exactly you would want. Service: The restaurant managers were kind, the front desk boy not so much.

I was unsure about staying at Hotel Milan because I read some bad reviews online, but my travel agent recommended it, so I decided to book five deluxe rooms. Now, I can say that reviews aren't always accurate. This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly, and one of the best things, especially in winter, was the central heating. It made our stay much more comfortable. If I visit Kashmir again, I'll definitely stay at Hotel Milan. I highly recommend it!"
