Hotel Mehtab resorts Srinagar

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff of Mehtab Resort. From welcoming to room allocation everything was aligned and well managed. The property is just beautiful and amazingly maintained. The front view from the hotel is just what we were seeking for. Food/ buffet system is good. Rooms are spacious, room heaters , bedding, electric geysers all entities are available to help you cope with the temperature.

We stayed at Mehtab resort for 2 days. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean. The location was beautiful, offering stunning views. The food here was excellent(cooked by chef Mr Khurshid). The minor problem we faced was the electricity issue here which was due to heavy snow around, not the fault of resort. But they were kind enough that they offered hot water bottle to warm our legs. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mehtab Resort with my wife and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff Fareed and Anwar who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and it is couple friendly. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. I cannot specify one dish because I loved all the dishes that were served in breakfast and dinner. But what truly made my stay stand out was the hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful gestures throughout my stay, I felt truly valued and cared for. I would highly recommend Mehtab hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special!

Very nice hotel. Location is slightly inside from main road but view from the hotel is very beautiful. We stayed there for 3 days, service was good. Overall nice experience.

Hotel Mehtab Resort in Srinagar is a must-visit! The stunning views of Dal Lake and surrounding mountains are unforgettable. The most unprofessional illogical owner is the key problem of the hotel. Don't even understand that he open the hotel so it's his responsibility to provide the facilities in spite of any situation. He just find the reasons to blame others rather than looking at his own hotel and management. This was one of the worst experience I had during my Kashmir holiday. There was a power cut from 7 to 8:30 when I reach the hotel. Then again there was a power cut from morning 5 a.m. till 10.30am. You have to fight with cold in summer, and owner has nothing to do with it he will just blame the government that there is no electricity. He will charge you completely but will not provide you any facilities basic facilities like water hot water and warm rooms. He was literally fighting with me, she has no sense how to deal with customers

This is one of the best places where the owner cares for all the guests equally. I don't have the words to fully express my feelings about the staff and the owner. They treat everyone with such kindness, behaving just like brothers.

We stayed in MEHTAB RESORTS on our visit to Srinagar in September 2024.|This beautiful establishment is located in the lap of nature on the Foothills of Zabarwan Mountains and has the most charming and mesmerizing views of the Dal Lake.It is much more than a hotel and is like a cozy and comfy abode,a home away from home where we were provided with the best of amenities and very classy and homely service.|The gardens of the resort have been maintained immaculately with a great host of fruit bearing trees for the viewing pleasures of its guests.Our room was spotless and clean.The views from our room were so breathtaking that we could enjoy the evenings in peace admiring the Dal Lake in front of us and the Zabarwan mountains at the back.|The food was really sumptuous and excellent.It greatly exceeded our expectations as it was prepared with great efforts and culinary prowess.|The staff was extremely respectful and helpful.They provided the best and greatest services available-perfect as we would like to call it on our end.We would like to thank and extend our warmest gratitude to MR.MUSARAT ASLAM,the owner of the MEHTAB RESORTS and his fantastic team, in particular, SHAYIQ,ANWAR,JAVID, BASANT AND FAREED.|Our Kashmir trip was greatly facilitated due to the wonderful sightseeing itinerary created by them which consisted of the Mughal Gardens nearby,local tours and other popular and niche places such as Sonamarg,Doodhpathri,Yusmarg,Pahalgam and Gulmarg etc.They arranged the Cab for us at reasonable fares which made our trip very economical, exciting and memorable. | We thank them for creating such a fantastic atmosphere and praiseworthy stay and service of a place that we feel exudes tremendous warmth ,thoughtfulness and the very heart of Kashmiri Hospitality that makes this Resort a home coming to again and again.|Thank you !!!
