One of the worst hotels in Kashmir. If you want just a room with any other facility then go for this pathetic room at a high price like other hotels in Kashmir. Their manager is also rude and obviously unprofessional. Leaking wash basin, no hand pump or any other facility for Western commode.

A good hotel near the Airport area of Srinagar. Food was good. Service and behavior of the staffs were good. Good for one or two night stay.only cons was Water supplied through the tap was little bit muddy.

Worst hotel I have stayed at. Our flight got cancelled due to heavy snowfall so we had to stay at this hotel. ||||Pros: good food. ||||Cons: no heating facilities, no electricity throughout our stay, no power backup throughout our stay, no hot water, intercom not working, no wifi (they claim on their website that they have wifi)|||| on top of this, the manager is super rude and arrogant. He doesnt cater to any needs. Please avoid staying at this hotel. Even if your flight gets cancelled, go to dal lake and stay at some decent hotel there.

This was one of the worst experience we had in our entire travel Itinerary of Srinagar. I booked this hotel 3 months in advance as I was travelling with my family and this hotel was near to the Airport. Plan was to stay here a night and catch the return flight next day early morning. ||||We were at Gondola for entire day and for that evening, we had booked this hotel to stay. While we were on our way from Gondola to Srinagar(about 15 Kms far from the city) I called this hotel to keep our room ready by the time we reach. But to my surprise the receptionist tells me that they have not received any bookings on my name for that day. After hectic time at Gondola this was the next worst thing to happen to us. After reaching this hotel at around 7.30 PM we talked with the travel website, through which I booked this hotel, and they confirmed that it was already communicated to the hotel about my booking and was acknowledged by the hotel management the same day of my booking.(After this, our travel partner, Goibibo, never cared about us, and its altogether a different story to tell. Duh!!)||||Here is the best part.Ever heard the phrase "Iron fist in a velvet glove?" ||||After lot of argument with me and the travel website the receptionist reveals the truth that the hotel is completely booked under some Govt duty with full security for next couple of weeks and no one is allowed to be accommodated. These unprofessional conversations were happening with us for almost 2 hours. He offered us the stay a a guest house/home stay that is also their property. I went to take a look of this guest house and it was a local home stay with least basic amenities. We argued and refused the stay at this place but the receptionist turned morose and sulky. Another bad part was that the our travel partner Goibibo (employee from their customer service) told me that they can arrange an alternate stay option in 15 mins and it actually took them 40 mins to get back to me). We were standing outside this hotel waiting to hear from Goibibo on our alternate accommodation also didn't turn positive. (And mind you, every 10 mins I had call them and repeat the entire story to every CC associate). ||||So we had to settle down to staying in their guest house for that night.This is something I don't usually like to happen to me. Considering the time of the day and my family completely tired I settled to this option. The only good part of that guest house was the staff being subtle than this hotel and the food. ||||Although this happened last year(2016), I wish I could erase this night from my memory, which is as fresh in my memory as if it had happened just yesterday..||||I am not saying to stay away from this hotel, but I would strongly advise to get the confirmation from the hotel management, via email or write to them, well in advance. Also even you have to pay more, book with some reputed travel websites.

A room in this hotel was my residence for 15 months. The office which I was working for during 2015-16 booked 4 rooms here. It is in a good location and very safe. Staff served their best. Boys were very good under the direction of their Manager Saab. Mr Umer, the manager, is well educated, God fearing and very knowledgeable. Even the owner's family is very decent and was caring. The above mentioned period was of extreme turmoil. But no untoward incident happened. I feel even the neighbours used to watch and care for us. I remember all the officials of police department who also booked that hotel at the end of our stay. Even they extended support on various occasions. It is true the hotel at that time lacked amenities, especially during winter. We had to adjust! Food, prepared by Joshi ji, a Nepali cook, was good. Though I hankered for typical Kashmiri dishes! Our team used to get upset with indiscriminate use of water for cleaning the courtyard and cars. We failed in changing water usage behaviour. I still miss the rose garden of this hotel. It was great experience staying there!

we had very nice stay at this place, place is very near to the airport, nice location, awesome food, nice rooms and more over the owner Mr. Umer is a very nice and humble person. he assured us for a pleasant and comfortable stay and so that we had. we are very glad to meet him.

Very good property ,near Srinagar Airport. Location is good. Service is good.

Rooms are nice and tidy which was expected. As far as location is concerned, the hotel is very well connected to all tourist attractions of the Kashmir. Pretty secure and safe place, plus it's a nice place for morning and evening walk. Because of its vicinity located in posh area of Kashmir between Humhama and Hyderpora and ten minutes drive away from Srinagar Airport. Furthermore, shops and bakeries are located in front of the door. Those who love kashmiri bakery will cherish. Banking facilities are 24/7 available. You almost never find the need to travel long enough for your basic needs. Various tourist attractions are easily accessible from here. Like Doodpatri, Shalimar, Nishat Garden, Dal Lake and also Gulmarg all are easily accessible from here because the place is well connected to the various roads of the Kashmir. Furthermore, all attractions are 20 to 45 minutes drive away from the hotel.
