Hotel Heritage Luxury

This hotel is a good one. Located on the airport road, hence travel can be easy. The rooms were clean and spacious. Even the bathrooms were spot on clean. Food in the hotel was very nice as compared to other hotels in Srinagar. (I stayed in 3-4 hotels there)

Dear All, We have stayed Hotel heritage from 27th of March to 31st of March. During the stay it's one of the unforgettable stay hear. We enjoys lot they were provided breakfast and dinner it is very tasty and hygienic. The staff are very friendly and behaving with good manner. Rooms are very neat and clean it is worth for money. The front desk Mr. Firdous Ahmed is attend all our queries very neatly and highly recommend to other and finally it's safe place to visit and stay at Kashmir.

I had booked Heritage Luxury via makemytrip and took the premium room category. Initially I was skeptical on how this plae would be, but this place exceeded the expectation. Regarding rooms: The room was super neat and luxury. Hot water is available between 6AM to 10AM & 6PM to 10PM. I knew the hot water availability before itself and practically I did not see a requirement for 24hrs hot water supply during my stay. The toilets were clean with all facilities. Room service was always attentive and responded quickly when called for. I stayed during last week on March and all shops were closed by 7PM in Srinagar. when I had a requirement to buy migraine tablets, the front desk staff arranged a person to check the open medical shops and arranged the tablets. Kudos to their extra mile support Regarding Food: My room package included Breakfast and Dinner. Food served at the restaurant was hygienic, good and the options were also good from soups to dessert. (we are vegetarians and still had lot of options). Overall Heritage Luxury is definitely recommended place to stay.

Go for it... Whenever you are visiting Srinagar, One of the best hotel experience I have ever had ; talking about staffs and the hospitality they provided is excellent. Well trained and educated staff , behaviour is excellent, all of them are cooperative from maintaince staff to every staff from each department. Must take a walk in it and enjoy the luxurious experience.

My stay at hotel luxury heritage was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities were top-notch. The on-site dining was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

I was unsure about staying at Hotel Heritage Luxury because I read some bad reviews online, but my travel agent recommended it, so I decided to book five deluxe rooms. Now, I can say that reviews aren't always accurate. This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly, and one of the best things, especially in winter, was the central heating. It made our stay much more comfortable. If I visit Kashmir again, I'll definitely stay at Hotel Heritage Luxury. I highly recommend it!"

My recent stay at hotel heritage was simply outstanding from the impeccably clean and comfortable rooms to the incredible friendly and helpful staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for exploreing. This food experience was absolutely fantastic. The kashmir dum aloo was perfectly cooked, bursting with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the presentation was impeccable.
