The Best Hospitality by Manager and his team. Atmosphere is terrific. Behavior is too ground to earth. The Best thing is the food & it's taste, it is truely mesmerizing. Really worth to stay here. The name behind the hotel is absolutely true home far away from home.

A finest hotel in kashmir with a beautiful garden area... like the hospitality and quite impressed with Shabbir shah ( one of the worker) also the food quality and taste is too good. Their chef Ravi chatri is one of the finest cook... Love the garden area surrounded by mountains and greenery....just love this place

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hassanz Enclave and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, but what truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The housekeeping staff was equally impressive, keeping our room spotless and well-stocked with amenities. The room itself was comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. -Food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. I had stayed for 3days and the rooms were amazing and the staffs were too friendly. The hospitality were awesome and even though I am not strong in English they have managed help me witj every aspect. There foods were so tasty and their menus were impressive.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel. We were a group of 10 people's Location and property was good however staff behaviour was below par!! No fresh towels were provided to our group the next day. However we witnessed that fresh towels were being provided to other room guests ( M's) Noticed that staff was biased based on religion!! Out of 10 people, only 2 of them had the desert and when we asked them to refill at first they refused that it's not possible. When we firmly told them that we want the desert anyhow, that's when they started preparing and provided us the desert. Lacks basic hospitality!! And the hotel manager repeatedly was telling us that you're not in India!! "You're in Kashmir which is not part of India and it is Jannat" I think with such behaviour going forward footfall will reduce. People need to understand that kashmir is running just because of tourism, if your speak such words and show religion bias in the end you will screw up your tourism with your own hands. First learn to be hospitable, maybe then you will succeed at business. It's a shame for such a mentality!!

We stayed here for 5 days, Room was very neat and clean and staff services were excellent special thanks to imtiyaz, his service was outstanding and his hospitality no words to define, Manager Rasheed one stop solution for all your needs, he always ask about rooms food and service, he makes sure guest should feel like home. Owner of the hotel Mr. Hassan every day he will come to hotel and interact with the guest about food and hospitality , last but not least "Chef Ravi chetri" makes food which is so delicious he prepares food like 5 hotel standard overall we had a great experience. We highly recommend this place,kudos to the team
