A very great place to feel the warmth and care of Kashmir people ! Thank you for making our stay so special- Mr. Tariq, Mr.Shakir, Mr.Irfan, Mr.Abrar, Mr.Aadil I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, and I must say, the staff truly went above and beyond! My family was very much happy and still talks about the kindness and hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, every hotel staff we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner spread had great varieties and tasted delicious. But what truly made my experience stand out was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, often anticipating our requests before we even had to ask. From upgrading our rooms to accommodate as per our family members, to arranging a great ambience to celebrate my son's birthday even on an ad-hoc request , going beyond their food menu specially to cater our needs were few of the kind gestures which made us feel valued and appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

We stayed at the Hotel Green Rooms Vintage Luxury in Srinagar, for two nights in April 2025. The place is situated in a busy residential locality, we had booked a family interconnected room. It was very spacious, well maintained and clean room. Washroom was clean but small. The hospitality was exceptional, thanks to the staffs. A special shout-out to Irfan and the Chef for going above and beyond with their service--they even prepared toddler-friendly meals just the way we wanted. Food is delicious and satisfying, We tried Chinese food for dinner and north Indian dishes for Lunch. Both were freshly made and delicious. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay! Thank you Team. Great Job! Pro tip - If you like shopping especially Kashmiri Clothings do visit the Shahjee and Co which is 2 mins walk from the hotel. They have beautiful Outfits for both men and women.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel in the 2nd week of April 2025. I had an absolutely wonderful experience.. The best part of this hotel are it's staff. They are incredible human beings and excellent at their job! The ambience, the food and the cleanliness of the hotel are it's biggest plus points after their staff. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, happy and relaxed! This place will be my place of choice if I do visit Srinagar again. Stayed at the hotel on a family tour, for three nights. It was a pleasant experience I would say. The most impressive thing I felt about the hotel was the behaviour and service of the staff. It was exemplary.ESPECIALLY MR UBAID &wasim &shakir &irfan&adil Keep it up. Food was good. There too the staff were very meticulous and courteous. They even asked for our opinion to decide the next day's menu. Overall it was a nice experience. We were on a package and were happy. Horrible expirience. The rooms were not comfortable, and though it is amply furnished most of the furniture is in disrepair. THERE was the smell of fecal matter all over the room and utter lack of any form of compensation. HARDLY any parking. The main issue was the food. It was tasteless and quite bland, even worse the food also caused vomiting and stomach virus in at least 6 ppl in our grp myself included. Overall do not recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Green Rooms! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of flavors that truly stood out. Every meal was well-prepared and beautifully presented, making dining here a delightful experience. A special mention to Mr. Ubaid and Mr. Waseem,Mr Aasif Mr aadil for their outstanding hospitality. Mr. Tareeq for great reception. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm service made all the difference. I came with my family as part as a tour group and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I must specially applaud their hospitality as it was amazing, anything we ask and we will receive it. The washrooms are really clean and they provide toilet paper and hair dryer. You get really hot water which is essential during the winter. The AC has heater in it as well. The food was really good and they took note of where we came from and tried their best to make food items that we would like. My family and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
