Let me cover everything you might want to know about this amazing hotel: Food: They offer a morning breakfast buffet with all the usuals like bread, butter, jam, coffee, etc., plus 2-3 hot snacks each day. For us, the first day had parathas, and the next day they served Maggi and a few other items. The evening dinner buffet was also packed with a lot of variety -- and honestly, everything tasted amazing. Rooms: The rooms were super clean, came with a mini-fridge, and had really nice views. Other stuff: The cleaning staff was always quick to respond whenever we called. The bellboys were extremely helpful in every possible way. At the end of the day, it's my personal opinion -- but for me, everything was just too good. Highly recommend!

An excellent property if you are visiting Srinagar. Right from the time you enter the gate, you'll notice the attention to detail the management has provided. The front desk staff , polite prompt and very helpful. BIG BIG THANKS to you Guys . Rooms are spacious and well furnished. All amenities provided within the room. Quite impressive that the hotel has thought of everything you might need. Restaurant food is also very delicious. Overall, a very impressive hotel. Will surely visit if back in Srinagar.

What really stood out was the hospitality--Marvi mam at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, making check-in smooth and offering great local tips. The location is peaceful yet close to key spots. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming experience in Srinagar!

While check out I missed my bag at the Hotel. As soon as I realized about the same I contacted with Hotel reception. Marvi Mam responded very promptly. The procedure adopted by the hotel to return the bag to me at Katra was very professional ensuring cent percent transperency. I received the bag and all my valuables therein, promptly. Nice response by the whole hotel team in case of emergency. Thank you.

Located on the main road, this property provides comfortable & clean stays. Their staff is very friendly and well mannered. The warmth in their behaviour makes you want you talk them even more. The highlight for me is their food. We had the opportunity to meet and compliment their head chef who is amazing and a gentle person. To be honest, looking forward to their meals and getting lost in the taste is just pure bliss. I'd recommend this property to anyone travelling to Kashmir.
