Hotel Gaffoora And Restaurant

I am sharing my friends experience who had been stayed for one night. Their service was realy bad.They didn't get even one glass of water at night bcs there was no care taker at night.After all their staff's behavior also incredible (Rude).

Very bad experiance ever had booked a room with restaurant availability n they are not given even a bit of water. N their service n attitude is like gundas. Very bad experiance

I haven't stayed but I booked for 5 nights through MMT. Thought confirming with the hotel, the lady (rude one) says i need to book only offline and the rates i booked online wont applicable. Kashmiri tourism is now getting greedy business by local people

No room service,very bad experience from staffs,No care taker in the night.Only guest will be there in the night.you will not get even 1 glass of drinking water before 10am

Very nice place to stay...excellent service..staff was so cooperative...and cleaniness was also good...and one guy owais was very sweet guy and humble too

Service is very bad no tea and nothing served in a room better select other hotel. Staff is very manipulative. Poor very poor experience

Horrible experience. Akiv, a staff, misbehaved with us, and the manager clearly was a part of the plan- because we ordered food from another restaurant. Their food they serve is Horrible, inedible, from Buraq . we stayed for 5 days, there was no room cleaning, power cuts most of the time. We used to come back from our day long trip, and have to sit in the dark. Overall, don't go here!
