We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Firdous. The rooms were clean, with fresh beds, mattresses, and towels, which made for a very comfortable experience. The breakfast & dinner were great -- though the options were somewhat limited, the quality and taste made up for it. The staff was exceptionally warm and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant, though small, felt cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. Overall, a great place to stay in Srinagar. I'd definitely recommend it, especially for those seeking cleanliness, comfort, and good service

However, I was informed that they plan to have it installed by the end of this month, which is great news! Overall, a great place to stay in Srinagar. Extremely happy with my stay at Firdaus. Overall very customer friendly staff, very good food, cleanliness. Slight scope of improvement could be that the carpets could be changed to new ones in the rooms. For the overall level of services and room heating AC system, I would still give them 5 stars since my family was very very happy with the stay there for 3 nights.

We stayed at Hotel Firdous by Solaire, Srinagar recently. Our stay was comfortable. The surrounding is quiet. The rooms were clean & well maintained. Food was good & as per our taste. The team was very welcoming, courteous & on their toes for service.

Very good place to stay. Rooms are very clean, staff are very friendly esp the staff at the resraurants all are very Friendly and helpful. food was very nicely arranged and tasteful and prepared warm. Love the buffet breakfast and the dinner spread.
