I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Duke in Srinagar, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel at home. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and gardens. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, catering to both local and international tastes. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Srinagar, with key attractions just a short drive away. What really stood out to me was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Duke to anyone visiting Srinagar and look forward to returning myself!

Room is spacious and food is tasty. Staffs are well trained , well behaved. But experienced an unwanted issue while checking out. During check out, they showed us a dirty towel and told that they found it in our room during daily cleaning and the stain in towel was not cleaned even after washing multiple times. Due to this, they charged 500 rupees and we have to pay the same. I did not arguing much as I don't have any proof though I am pretty sure it was not belonged to my room. Hence it is advisable to all, please take a picture of all hotel items in the room before you asked house keeping to clean your room.

Amazing stay at hotel duke. As this was our first time in Kashmir to celebrate our daughter's first birthday the hotel staffs were very very supportive and welcoming. Rooms are decent enough with bed warmer and heater in room and dinning area. Arif Bhai and azad bhai special mention helped with babies alot.

Duke is good to stay, the rooms are bigger, clean and tidy. Food compared to other stays, here it is good. One can choose it. Wifi is available. But it was intended to give us Lake view, which they didn't provide at the last moment.

The hotel was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner a lot. The staff helped us with nearby sites and was always concerned . This is a 5/5 recommend travellers with families to stay here for a delightful experience. This is an absolutely lovely place to stay in Srinagar. I stayed here for three nights and the food, ambience and service were top notch. I would like to specifically mentioned azad and aarif who was very kind and took care of our service preferences so well. Would highly recommend this place for whoever is visiting Kashmir ...duke hotel is one of the best hotel in srinager aarif and azad is very helpful person thankes .. I stayed in this hotel 4 nights and I would like to say their rooms are very good only little disappointing with Lake View Room Their Super Deluxe room is very good. One of their staff Shabnam is very responsive and helpful, even their receptionist and helper boy also helpful and safe. Their foods also goods.
