Hotel Dilshan & Restaurant

I visited kashmir in april with my wife and 2 son. But they have maximum room.of 3 beds I stayed 2 nights in hotel dilshan. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Food was tasty.. Hotel manager was very kind and helpful...overall my stay at hotel dilshan was very good.

Worst quality unhygienic food , they serve in plastic utensils. Never visit this place for eating purposes.worst service. Extremely cold room.

Best hotel to stay with family,hot water always available and good food and service

I recently stayed at a hotel in Srinagar and had a great experience. The location was excellent, conveniently situated near the highway for easy access. The food quality was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Srinagar.

Good Restaurant with good rooms and services on NH Srinagar.And additionally they have one shopping mall in the same building.. Must Try place and friendly staff and management. I regret to say that the restaurant falls short of my expectations, and the food quality is disappointing. Honestly, that restaurant is a letdown. The food isn't great, and it's a waste of both time and money.

I am a repeat customer of Dilshan. Whenever I come back home from Srinagar, I make sure i buy bakery items from here. Occasionally intake Sandwiches and chicken rolls all along. Two Days back i had a bad experience there. I as usual took bakery items and bought two sandwiches. Bakery items were good as usual. They were up to the mark, but alas I had to do the iftari with a stale Sandwich. It is a request from your repeat customers, please make sure your items are as good as they usually are. I would have brought them back but when the time of iftari came i had already crossed pattan. Otherwise Dilshan is cool. But please maintain being cool. Take it as a constructive criticism, please don't take it as any harsh criticism.

Worst restaurant I have ever visited. Total waste of money. Service is very bad. Food tastes very bad. Water was served in single use plastic glasses. Nothing was available except for biriani. Biryani was more like Tehri than biriani. Most of the times Tehri tastes better. It was just colored dry rice with uncooked chicken pieces in it. Not a place worth visiting again
