Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The receptionist, Mr. Khan -- who even claimed to be the owner -- made several false promises before my arrival. However, everything changed once I checked in. The room was dirty, the food was of very poor quality, and none of the amenities matched the photos shown in advertisements. The most concerning part was the lack of basic hospitality. During checkout, not a single staff member was available to assist with my luggage. I felt extremely unsafe along with my family during my stay. Mr. Khan was overly sweet and convincing before check-in, but the moment you're in, the hotel's true nature is revealed. This hotel is not safe and I strongly advise against staying here. Choose wisely for your own safety and peace of mind. .

We stayed there for five days.It was a nice experience. Rooms are decently arranged.Bathrooms are good,could be cleaner.There is a big dinning room also.The reception area and garden is beautiful.But the most amazing thing is the behaviour of the staff and the management. We are overwhelmed by their hospitality and service.They are so much caring and gentlemen.They took extra effort to fulfil our requirements .We felt homely there.The owner is very decent.No miss to mention the owners son in the reception,he is very polite.We highly recommend hotel Curio's for elderly people,women and everyone to stay safely and peacefully and enjoy the trip to heavenly Kashmir.

Hotel is very good at prime location near Lal chowk. Shakeel bhai and Amir bhai always look for customer satisfaction. Kasim bhai and all the staff are very helpful and polite. I will recommend to stay in the hotel if anyone is planning to visit Kashmir.

Bang for your buck hotel. The hospitality was top notch. The hotel staff catered to all our needs. They also gave us a late check-out. The location is nearby Ghanta Ghar and is walkable.
