Very nice hotel. Interior is top notch.. Loved the service. Loved the food.(Breakfast, lunch n dinner best) Both options available veg n nonveg. Loved the location which is very near to Airport. Rooms were clean. Staff is friendly. Will surely visit again

The hotel is one of the filthiest hotels I have ever lived at.On check-in the room and dirty plates kept outside and on entering the room the sheets had stains and hair on them. During dinner the water bottle on the table had food particles in it. The managers excuse was that some|Guests put their mouth and drink from it (which is very unlikely) and regardless of that, they are supposed to change and refresh the bottles. I was travelling with my 6 year old and she does not eat spicy food. So I requested them to make any vegetable and dal for her. And 2 rotis. On travelling for so many years. This was the first time at the buffet the manager asked me to pay. They don't have basic hospitality. Please never live here. It's not worth your trip or hassle

Had an amazing stay here! The rooms were clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious--great variety and fresh ingredients. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 2 days, very near to airport. Good property to stay, rooms are neat and clean. Big size rooms...: Complementary breakfast and dinner are having limited items only. For refilling the items we have to bag them. Staffs are not friendly . It should be corrected....

The room was very clean and it has very nice atmosphere. Hotel is nearby airport and almost all the tourist spots are easily accessible. The special highlight was breakfast and dinner they serve. They had veriety of option from veg to non-veg. Definitely recommend for the kashmir trip.

Restaurant Staff Is Very Good Tawhed + Mehak + Muneer I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant, and it's all thanks to the incredible staff! Tawheed, Mehak, and Muneer went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. Tawheed was so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. Mehak provided excellent recommendations, and her attention to detail made every dish even more enjoyable. Muneer was super attentive, checking in at just the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was impeccable, and it truly felt like we were being treated like family. The entire team was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They all made the experience so special, and it's clear they love what they do. I can't wait to come back - this place and these amazing staff members have earned every bit of this 5-star review! Highly recommend!

Good rooms, Nice food for breakfast and dinner. But the food ordered from the restaurant is not that good. There are some good options for food and bakery items outside the hotel. The staff is very polite and cooperative.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Simple superb hotel with clean rooms, superb taste of food. Special thanks to Manager Iqra madam, who personally have attention. Room heating system was upto level. Overall experience was good with Crownprince hotel.|Thank you.
