Hello I am from the United States of America. I came to visit Kashmir and stayed at this location via Jyoti Travels Inc. ||Chef Lalli & Faisal's Khan front desk service were beyond hospitable!!|| Chef Lalli was the most welcoming individual I've ever met, made us feel very safe and has immense culinary skills. ||Faisal Khan at the front desk, was very accommodating to our foreign needs. He was able to accommodate myself and my elderly parents, he had a very welcoming smile and was dressed very well which actually motivated me to dress even better || The entire Kitchen staff under Chef Lalli were also very good respectable young men. I appreciate everybody's efforts at that location. ||God bless them all a very long life and happiness.

The room was good with a functioning AC, blanket heater, and a hot water geyser. There were some power cuts here and there but nothing too uncomfortable. Breakfast and dinner both had an excellent delicious spread. Service was decent. They should improve the water geyser capacity situation and manage power cuts better.

Not sure why people rate so generously but the service is so bad here. and if u need to order food, you need to tell 45 minutes in advance. Rooms are not so clean either though the size is ok. heating is bad (you need to turn it on and off manually, as it gets too hot or cold). Hospitality if horrible. If feels as if they are doing you a favor of keeping you in the hotel.

they are big fraud people... poor amenities 3rd class food they serve unhygienic charges are much higher compared to the quality of rooms nd service.. strictly not recommended.. avoid visiting

Some of the agents make your hotel for bad spa services they share your map to customers to reach there for personal spa and loot them to take money for advance booking without entering the hotel . Kindly be vigilant

Hotel and the host were warm and responsive. Room was spacious and food tasted good. Only request would provide bottled water in room with ration to make tea. And should have more option in breakfast.
