Himalayan Sun Cottage

I had a wonderful experience staying at this homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed--from local tips to arranging transport.

It was a great stay here, we enjoyed Kashmiri food as well I must recommend everyone for this accommodation, Peace and Calm environment .

Stumbled upon this place a week ago and am back here again. Homely and comfortable. Great hospitality.

My stay at Himalayan Sun Cottage was the most memorable one in India. It was just amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped .There was a nice, cozy garden outside where you can relax and have your meal. The dishes served to us was so yummy. Some of the best food we ever had! Its my 3rd visit to Kashmir and I have to say , this is one of the best accommodation I ever stayed. Mr Javeed, the host was very hospitable and took good care of us during our stay. He did everything to make our stay enjoyable. He even organised our sightseeing tours .The level of service was beyond our expectations. This home stay is absolutely a gem . We had great time hear .completely kashmir touch .highly recommend!!!

Place is nicely maintained but there are areas of improvement like insects and pollens were there in the room. Caretaker lacks basic manners and does not care about the guests much. Though the owner is good. Location is away from the city and is near the highway but is in narrow colony.

Fabulous homestay! Clean rooms and food was so yummy. Thank you Mr Javeed for your care and the warm welcome. We will definitely come back and i highly recommend your accommodation to anyone who wants to have a superb experience in Kashmir.
