The rooms are pretty, hotel itself is easy to reach, dinner is fine too. If only they had centralised heater in the room. But the staff was pretty nice to us, helped with everything, especially when my mom fell sick. So overall it was nice. Only if they could get a heater and maybe a better breakfast spread. It was all nice tho

The hotel was beautiful and good service provided by the staff. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view from the window. Food was good and served hot. No room heater was there when we visited but a heating blanket was provided. 24 hr wifi and Hot water was coming from the basin. No basin was there in the dining area so we had to wash our hands in our rooms.

It was a good stay.The owner of Harwan was a friendly nature person. 1. location good 2. Room size, interior and ambience excellent. 3. Bathroom cleaned. 4. Calm location. 5. Food good. 6. Price very cheap 7. Staff helpful nature I will recommend everyone. The owner arranged my conveyance and House boat too in reasonable price.If I visit I will choose this place again.

Rooms are spacious however without heater; difficult to stay in cold weather with freezing temperatures. Staff is courteous but service is inefficient. Basic necessities like water was not provided in rooms, food options is limited, we requested bread for kids it took 2 days to fetch it ....we had to eventually leave without it for our early morning flight after prior intimation to the staff. Overall lot of areas of improvement though rooms and location are good....

Great experience at harwan resort hotel and rooms was very neat and clean the staff service are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. The hotel provided good dinner and breakfast staff was very familiar we are very happy and much appreciated being served by them .thank you very much

It was a great experience with Harwan resort ,those who want to stay away from the crowd and congestion, it is a ideal place little away from DAL LAKE,.The property is excellent, the staff special Mr Imran and Mr Parvez and all other are really cordial ,humble and co-operative, Mr Rafiq the owner who takes personal care for everything. Although the food quality is good,sufficient availability has to be done on time.

Hotel and room was very neat and clean, The staff services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive.The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and dinner was also very good. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thankyou very much
