Grand Zamin Resort

I was bit confused reading earlier reviews. But now i am staying in GZR for last few days , in room 4005. My honest reviews are,, the staffs r very cordial, helpful and coperative. Rooms r very clean. Services r prompt. Faizan was very very hepful to us. A spl mention for their buffet food,,,,, tasty, hygenic, hot and healthy. Chef Adib and Yerwar r expert in their jobs. Food is not oily or extra spicy. Best part is the affordability of their buffet spread. I wl certainly recommend GZR to my aquintances. Kudos to their good job and team spirit...

Rooms are big and clean. Loved the ambience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The person who was doing night shift moved our luggage at 5 am. He made sure our bed warmers, Geyser, room heater was working. Even though outside temperature was minus, We didn't feel cold inside at all. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Food is good.

Sad Property. Amneties in the property are a big time letdown. Lift in the property and electricity are connected, if the lift Is used then the electricity in the property fails and no hot water, no heater and customers have to suffer. No earthing in bathroom and you keep getting short circuit through the taps. Breakfast timings are 8 - 10 am however no breakfast served even at 8:30 am and customers are waiting for food. Even the quality of food served is not upto the mark. The cost charged by the hotel does not justify the service provided by the hotel. Avoid coming here with family and be aware if agents offer you this hotel stating this is a wonderful place. In reality it's a dreadful experience.

The experience was very petetic. Room service was not at all good. It stinks whenever you enter the room. The kettle provided in the room was rusted. The taste of food was not at all good. The panner curry and non veg curry was just a tamato puree mixed with paneer or chicken

V stayed at grand zaamin resort for 3 days. It was nice staying there . Employees were so kind n very responsible when ever needed. Heater facility n food nice . But frequent current fluctuations is there. Overall gud memories. Thanks to all staffs too

Best hotel in Srinagar. All staff of the hotel was good especially the restaurant staff.we liked the service of the restaurant staff.their service was amazing.Food was delicious.Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

Thanks a lot for the great experience here. We stayed 4 days in Srinagar at this resort. The rooms were neat and clean. Food was delicious. They provided buffet breakfast and dinner. Thanks for providing delious food. There is a mini shopping stall at first floor where we can purchase winter wear. Hotel staff were supportive and proactive. Accessibility to road is easy.
