Zaara Resort in Srinagar is an incredible place to stay. The location is serene, with stunning mountain views, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff is exceptionally hospitable, and the food is a delightful mix of Kashmiri and international flavors. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury--highly recommended!

My recent stay at Zaara Resort in Srinagar was unfortunately quite a letdown. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered: Poor Service: The service at the hotel was far from ideal. There seems to be a lack of attention to guest needs and concerns. Unimpressive Food: The food quality was disappointing, with very limited options and a lack of taste or variety. Unhygienic Conditions: The cleanliness of the bathrooms was a major concern. Additionally, the condition of the bathroom tiles seemed neglected. Missing Amenities: Essential amenities like heaters were unavailable, and the electric blankets malfunctioned. Unresponsive Management: The manager displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns. This was particularly frustrating as they took full payment upfront during check-in, leaving me with no leverage to raise these issues later. Overall, I cannot recommend Zaara Resort for a stay in Srinagar. The combination of poor service, low-quality food, unhygienic conditions, and unresponsive management left me with a negative experience.

I recently stayed in this hotel .Rooms are all good. But food was very limited. They can not provide more than 2 items. And this hotel is little far from the city. You can not find alternatives for food.Over All i can give 1 rating for this hotel.
