Crown Plaza Residency Srinagar

My experience at Hotel Crown Plaza was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the Kashmir. One of the highlights of my stay was the food--the hotel restaurant served delicious, high-quality meals, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for comfort, luxury, and great service, Hotel Crown Plaza is the place to be!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch like the bedroom, the restroom etc. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Crown Plaza Residency and truly appreciate the excellent hospitality, well-maintained rooms. The staff was courteous, and the overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. One small suggestion would be to provide a common room for drivers with basic amenities like sleeping arrangements and bathing facilities. This would greatly enhance the convenience for guests traveling with drivers. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Crown Plaza Residency to others. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

This is a roadside hotel without any parking space for vehicles. I booked it through makemytrip. This can be called a lodge!!! There is no running restaurant. Food prepared only at specified time. Do not get carried away by the ratings of booking agencies and the pretty looking photographs shown by the hotel management. The facilities at the room were appalling. The persons at front office presented a primitive behaviour. They were more interested in gupshup with their friends than attending to their customer. Though I had informed the reception that I had to checkout next day early morning at 6 Am. (My flight was at 0750hrs.) There was none at the reception. The exit gates were locked. With great difficulty I managed to locate a person with whose help I could somehow get out of the hotel and board the waiting taxi. Terrible experience indeed.

Crown Plaza (Not Recommended) I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bed heating was not working properly, and even after requesting a change at midnight, the new plug was also faulty. We had booked the room for four days, but when we wanted to cancel, they demanded an extra 2000 as a cancellation charge. The receptionist was extremely rude. The complimentary heater provided also stopped working during the night. There were only two staff members handling hospitality, and they were the only ones who were polite and helpful. However, the receptionist was terrible. Whenever I called for dinner or food from the menu, they would say that nothing was available. The kitchen closed at 8 PM, and they mostly only had dal and rice, even though the menu listed many other options. The hot water supply was restricted, and after 10 AM, there was no hot water available. I strongly advise couples not to stay here. One of the receptionists lacked basic humanity--when I called at 10 PM for help, he was busy on his phone and completely ignored me also wifi was fluctuating The receptionists were unhelpful and inefficient. I would never recommend staying at Crown Plaza. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

One of the horrible Hotel of Srinagar . They are not given you service after taking money. I gave booked 3 night stay with breakfast but everyday breakfast was not ready on time . Timing of breakfast was 8 .15 am but never ready before 9 am . Our daily cab late because of that. Front office staff was rude. Room was not clean. Overall bed experience.

The room was big, clean, and had a lovely design. The best part was that there was 2 bed so that we could stay all together at a room .it was amazing to wake up to every day with family The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was nice with good quality toiletries. The room had everything I needed, including a minibar, a coffee maker, and a smart TV for watching movies. The room boys named MUDASIR , DANISH and SAJAD was very helpful at thier service . they were available all the tym we needed . Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely book this room again.
