Cherrytree Resort

We were a group of 17 people stayed in this property for 4 nights. 5 families. We absolutely loved the property. The location, Rooms, hospitality and food was just awesome. The room service staff was really warm and courteous. The owner Ms. Ambreen and her husband made it sure that guest are at comfort. Loved the local cuisine they served during our stay. We had booked 5 rooms but owners allowed us to use their 7 rooms without any extra cost. Appreciate it. The 2nd floor rooms were occupied by the kids of our family and they just loved the rooms. I highly recommend this property for nature lovers who don't want to stay in city hustle and enjoy scenery, picturesque property near to Srinagar. Only one point to mention, it adds half an hour of your travel everyday as it is around 15km away from srinagar centre.

The place I'll definitely comeback and stays when I visit Kashmir again. Located near the Dal Lake, Srinagar. ||It may not be a luxury accommodation that you might want to expect but it clean and important, it make me feels like home. ||The garden and the sound birds chirps and whistles make me feels so close to nature. And the one that I love most, the sound of stream burbles as it travels along its bed, bubbling over rocks. It so calming. ||Ambreen, the owner, has been such a wonderful host. And not to forget Shahil, he always ready to serve us with most of our needs. "No tension" hahahaha... actually what he trying to say is "no problem". ||Thanks you Ambreen and Shahil for being such a wonderful host. ||

This is a fine resort in Srinagar. The amenities , personalized customer service and food were truly outstanding. Attention was given to every requirement of ours. The sitting area is beautifully decorated with Kashmiri handicrafts.||Further ,this property is close to the mountains with an established trekking route. We did trekking twice and it was an amazing experience ,one which will remain with us always .

My recent visit to kashmir was an excellent one. I stayed at cherry tree resort in Srinagar. The owner Of the property Mr. Bhasarat sir and his wife both welcomed us with the wariness of their heart and made our stay more comfortable and also offered us a extra twin room with no cost.This is a beautiful property with all the modern amenities.Rooms are comfort and elegant with beautiful wooden furniture with all Kashmir vibes. A large sitting area with dining included. There were staff available throughout our stay. Besides food was very delicious with all the traditional Kashmiri dishes.||There's a big garden with cherry, pear trees with full flower blossoms and also different kind flowers..there is a water stream adjacent to it and whole location was picturesque with beautiful mountains, horses gazing, water stream, sheep herd ,local Kashmiri people ,beautiful birds, full flower blossoms of spring and what not. Overall a perfect stay for us in entire Kashmir trip.

A quintessential place tucked away in the mountains in a small village. Ideal for travellers who need peace, solitude & nature. The cottage is having six well appointed rooms and owners took personal care of all our requirements from day one. We felt like we were their extended family. Srinagar is 25 mins away. While there are many good properties in Srinagar, this one beats all hands down for the experience it provides of nature and village life. Being next to a Bee Farm and Trout farm was exhilarating itself. Must go location.

This is a fine resort in Srinagar. The amenities ,personalised customer service and food were outstanding.Attention was given to our every requirement. The resort is close to the mountains with an established trekking trail. We trekked twice and were completely spellbound by the magnificent Himalayas. Highly recommend this resort.

The Cherry Tree Resort is located in a romantic green Valley, next to a fresh river. The region is quit, calm and peaceful, even though Srinagar and Dal lake is really close by. A lot of activity options are easily found in Srinagar. We had a warm welcome by the owner and his crew. We enjoyed a nice, traditional diner which was cooked with love. The owner and his crew where very helpful to us, in finding the right opportunity's for hiking and other activities. Hiking in the valley, where the hause is located is awesome. We met shepherds who where all very kind and offered us tee and fresh backed bread. Even though you can see, they do not have much to share, they did not hesitate. In the valley we travelled back in time during the facilities of the Cherry Tree Resort are modern and spacey. We enjoyed our stay very much, and can only recommend.
