CANOPUS INN RESORT

This resort stay made our Kashmir trip more easy. All helpers were so good they never say No for any help. Moreover, the ambience is so homely. Also, the food service was so amazing, they cook for us all three time that too I also like the views surrounding us. Thank you. It was so good.

Very friendly and supportive owner and hotel staff. Rooms are extremely good. Hygiene and cleanliness highest mark. All space carpet covered. Away from Dal lake, but other important landscape. I would always recommend staying here.

Very homely atmosphere with varieties of home cooked local cuisine,during our stay they served us different, delicious food. On our last day spent at the inn they served us kashmiri biriyani which was finger licking tasty. Suggested,and highly recommended.

Kudos to caretakers Mr. Hasan and Akash, who attended to every need of their guests. We were a couple traveling from the south, and this was our first trip to Kashmir. From serving us to guiding us to various destinations and recommending great places to visit, they took excellent care of us. They speak both English and Hindi. The food was delicious, with home-cooked meals like Aloo/Paneer Paratha, Phulka, Dal, Paneer Curry, Aloo Curry, and Masala Chai as the main dishes, and bread, butter, and jam always available. The hotel also arranged a cab for sightseeing at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this budget hotel to anyone looking for cozy couple/family rooms.

A honest review after I went with my family on last week of dec 2024. I have to admit it was one of the amazing stay we ever had. I really have to appreciate about the hospitality over there. Each and everything was perfect and they care about the customers need. Each and every meal was very very good.i can literally applaud them whole day for their hospitality. Great experience with wonderful hospitality. All of the staff members considers the guest like their own family making sure they are comfortable in every possible manner.So a big thanks to Farooq uncle and others for making Canopus inn a home far from home.

Had a wonderful stay at their residence. The hosts were very hospitable. Even though we reached very late they still arranged dinner for us. The rooms are big and clean. It is at the far end of the lake, away from the crowd. So it's convenient only if you have your own vehicle.
