Very good hotel and the service is just amazing. The restaurant guys are so good and humble.yasheen and sakif are the guys handling the restaurant and I'm sure they'll win your hearts with their service. Overall a good and pleasant stay at this hotel. Would recommend this anytime.

Rooms were really nice with bed warming blankets. Super cozy specially during winters. All the staff was really nice specially Yasin who helped us and guided us with what and where we should visit. Had an amazing experience overall.

Little outskirts but the rooms and bathrooms are really great considering the price the hotel offers. Even I stayed in other Hotels in this city having more tariffs but in the center of the city, but this had more good rooms.

Recently we had a stay in this hotel for 3 days..and the services of this hotel is pathetic..I will never recommend this hotel to anyone..there was a guy named Rakib who was very wierd and have no manners and simply doesn't know the meaning of hospitality which we expected at a hotel..food was pathetic and there is no proper service over there.. owner is very gentle but if staff is not good then it will be very difficult for him to continue the business..one evening we ordered noodles in the room, Rakib came with them and ordered us not to eat on the bed as the bedsheet will get dirty..is this the way to talk to your visitors? Our kashmir trip was very good but stay in this hotel is just like Chaand me Daag.. If anyone wants to visit this hotel then do come at your own risk..........

We stayed for three days in this hotel. The room was absolutely clean. The staff is good, especially the manager Yaseen. Owner - Manzoor wani is very much helpful. Location - The place is around 8 kms away from Dal lake & 1.5 kms away from Lal chowk. Transportation is easily available I had veg meals...the food was okay not that great but not bad as well.

We stayed for a couple of days in this hotel. Staff is good, especially manager Yaseen. They have a restaurant inside from which we can order food. Food quality is also good. Would recommend this place if you want to explore Srinagar as this place is in the city centre itself

The hotel was very clean with good location. Many thx to hotel manager Yaseen who helped a lot. I would recommend staying in this hotel as it has good location, very good internet, and the best hot shower I have had since coming to Kashmir
