This hotel provided an exceptional experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The wooden decor throughout the hotel created a cozy, charming atmosphere. Highly recommend for a comfortable, pleasant stay!

People are very friendly and Service was too good for us .Notable mention food was good. Since our expectations was very less regarding food.But they exceeded it.We stayed here for 1 day.

Rooms are too much dirty. No water in flush and not water goes from washbasine. Lights are not working well and heat water is big problem. Please go ahead from this hotel.

Thee kitchen stafff iss next level , the food quality iss 7 starrer , we were 7 mens we are too satisfied

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms have beautiful wood decor, comfortable bed, clean rooms and bathrooms. However, the dinner buffet gave my partner really bad food poisoning. Specifically the chicken. We know because no one else in our group had it and I already have food poisoning from a previous hotel stay. So I only ate plain rice. We didn't have clean towels when we first arrived and it took them a long time to bring it after calling. I would also like to note that the room was very warm compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in Kashmir and they provided a heater without us asking. And the wifi is not bad.

This place is not maintained at all...we had to shift rooms twice in a single night..the intercom wasn't working, water leakage in the bathroom, they do not provide power backup before late evening. There was no power and the reception said we will turn the backup on only after late evening, it was pathetic to stay as it was hot so we had to go out. Staff is polite and food is good. The management shud work towards better maintanence.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. And location is quiet peaceful. The problem arises when you stay in winter season. There are no electric blanket and it will be freezing cold. We asked for blower as we were shivering in cold and they provided late night. The blower was not that effective. Overall it is average stay.
