We had a great experience. The bed warmers were extreme and the room was warm even in minus temperatures. Also the food was delicious. Overall a best hotel in Srinagar. Room premises were neat and pleasant. The staff were quick and responsive.

We had 4 nights stay here. Room interior is very good. Food was very tasty and every day menu is different which is good. Hot water and hot bed blankets with central heating system which keeps us warm in chilling winter. Staff is also willing to help.

This is absolutely the best hotel I have stayed at in my 3 weeks in India and Kashmir. The facility is clearly well kept. The common areas are very clean. Plenty of parking when we arrived. Check in was a breeze. Very professional staff, got us to our room very quickly. The room was very nice. Everything works. The heating is limited to certain hours, when you are out anyway. The heated beds are just the best thing after a long day out and of course in the winter, keeps you cosy all night. Well stocked for a quick coffee or tea in the room. The response for a hair dryer was immediate. In the dinning room there is plenty of staff to meet any special requests you might have. We had plenty to choice at the dinner buffet. Breakfast too was delicious. Value for money for sure.

Very professional. Room was very good. Breakfast and lunch are North Indian style. Overal pleasant stay. People are friendly and they try to solve customer problem. It has also bed warming system which is comfortable. The place is near to lal chawk.

Located near the local market, it is a massive hotel. The room was well maintained and spacious. The variety of food was good and the taste was good as well. However, the biggest issue is the AC room heater for which they have a weird policy of switching on only for 4 hours from 8PM to 12AM. They always say to use bed warmers, but for how long will one sit on the bed only? What about moving around the room, to the restroom, etc? It is too cold for South Indian standard and that too it was in December and that too with a toddler. Also ,they dont provide portable room heaters as well. A very irritating and frustrating policy for such a big hotel. We had to make multiple calls to the reception, speak with many different representatives, reach out to our tour operator, and finally after 2 hours of calls and battle, we got one portable room heater and only then we as well as our toddler baby was OK. They cant even understand this basic issue. This policy is fine during summers, however I am not sure about the temperatures, but during peak winter season is atrocious and very inconsiderate.

A beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality, the food was good and the staffs were very friendly. Specially want to mention Arif (receptionist).|We will definitely come back again if we come to Kashmir.|Service was very fast, had hot water available at all the times. Room was comfortable and very clean
