Fantastic place Bang opposite Dal Lake...but without the noise and crowd....the entrance of of tulip garden just about 150 meters...and service also very good.. particular mention about jahan mohmmed..he took very good care of us... overall a great place

This is such a beautiful property and the staff and their hospitality makes it even more beautiful. This place in winters is so extremely pretty and well heated. The staff cook is very nice and really cooks amazing. They also serves the simplest and bested Kahwa. This is just in from of Dal lake and many other tourist attractions.

It was a wonderful stay indeed, I was in the room called Sunset with the view of Dal Lake. Rooms are so aesthetic, fresh, clean & with full of modern amenities & facilities. The hospitality of staffs are so warm. Jana Bhai I will always remember you for the love & time you gave me. F&B is very standard. The location of this Resort is just awesome. Every tourist spots are near by. I will visit again for sure.

A very clean hotel and well kept rooms. Opposite the Dal lake.. The lawns are well maintained..Rooms are clean and toilets too well kept.Food is not elaborate but whatever is served is good. The only hitch is there is no place to wash hands at the dining room..Mr Jaan is the only visible staff doing all housekeeping, food, service and all. But he is a lovely person. Very smart and we all loved him for his ever readiness to serve.

All staff at this resort is is very friendly, attentive and give great hospitality. We are travelling from out of country and would love to come back. The grounds are very well kept, and the room is very fresh and clean.

If you found this place, congratulations, this is such a rare find - something which is off the menu. It is not listed on any of the major portals. Mr.Iqbal Ahmed from Almus resorts coordinated with us patiently and with his team he helped us organize our Kashmir itinerary on such a short notice. We chose this as we wanted to stay really close to Dal Lake, but without being on a houseboat. This is the area of Dal lake where locals visit, not very touristy and still so close to all the attractions. This boutique hotel has all the amenities one will need, very well maintained, just need to be aware that veg food options are limited and need to be informed in advance for any requests. Will be our goto place when we visit Srinagar again!

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was an absolutely delightful place...a hidden gem in srinagar....Perfect Location...wonderful hospitality...the lake facing room was superb....an incredible resort which can easily be a 4 star heritage property....like a homestay and yet with all comforts of a 5 star hotel...reasonable prices....Thanks to the owner Mr Vicky Shaw who believes in the motto "Service before profit"....he is a most humble person and one of the nicest owners I have ever met. Do respect the property if you stay there...Jana Mohammed is very efficient in providing anything that one needs...almost like a family member. The food is very tasty and homely.... breakfast is very limited but then the place exceeds ones expectations in all other aspects.

We stayed at Almas charchinari room an Awesome decor with all the latest eminently and abundant love for guests staying there. Staff is super efficient and friendly . This is for sure a place for me and my family to return to kashmir for ever and I would recommend if you want to experience Kashmir in its authentic essence then Almus is the place to experience it.
