Not bad hotel. However i didn't like the food.

I had to suddenly visit Srinagar on a business trip after the recent floods earlier this month. Not knowing where to stay, I chanced upon this property. It looked nice and comfortable. But there were no rooms! Just then, a client suddenly checked out, and the offer of the room came my way on the spot! Boy, was I thrilled.||||It's a new hotel. Dr Imran, the owner (and a dentist by profession) is an enthusiastic young man. Despite being personally affected by the recent floods in town, and he has his home there, he has kept this place going in rather trying times. The hotel is working with minimal staff, but they are keen, eager and willing to do their best within their means. With food difficult to come by in those initial days of nature's fury, they still managed to keep the hotel services going, albeit with very limited resources. No complaints there for their effort to take care of the guests. The retaining wall of the garden also sank in the heavy rains.||||The rooms are fairly large and beds comfortable. The ensuite bath is new, but needs to be taken care of, lest it's functioning gets affected. I found the mattresses super soft, but others may not hold that against the hotel. It's only 16 rooms yet, and plan to add some more in the next season. Close to the airport, and away from the town, it's in a safe and secure environ. The view of the mountains to the east, across open fields, is a delight. ||||There is no restaurant on the property, so expect only limited in room service.||||Would surely like to be here again and enjoy in less tumultuous times. I'll give it a 4 rating simply for its enthusiasm, willing staff in rather trying times.

New Hotel with very comfortable bed with electric warmer. Each side of the bed has its own temperature controller. ||Hot water available.||Coffee counter in room||Modern glass door of bathroom||Scenic beauty from room balcony||Proximity to Airport||Cute modern Coffee shop||Good food||Sumptuous breakfast||Courteous staff||Owner Dr Imran (a Dentist) and family are very courteous and personally take interest to make your stay comfortable.||Small badminton court||Only 1 hour to Gulmarg from here. ||15 Min drive to the airport||Lastly we did not miss home!

We are 6 Person Staying in This Resort for 2 Nights During Amarnath Yatra Period 29th June to 1st July 2014,Room Service and food Quality is Good, Awesome Peaceful Location, view from Property is Very Eye Catching. Beautiful resort we give 9 out of 10.

it is newly built hotel near airport. it has spacious room with all basic facilities required for a decent stay.rates are quite reasonable.aboveall owner dr imran is such a nice fellow that you can trust him for any advice regarding your whole tour.i enjoyed the company of dr imran.

beautiful rooms and awesome location peaceful atmosphere rooms are too cozy. amenities well provided.enjoyed the gallery view.kids enjoyed in garden. food was delecious n homely atmosphere . kashmiri food and firni ....we loved it

we stayed for couple of nights but we really enjoyed.and the beds were marvellous'we enjoyed the garden view and the landscape ..it was near to the airport so we had a hasslefree flight..looks like a resort than a hotel.

service was good , rooms furniture was nice, very near to airport, staff is also good i have visited in aug 1 week, it was too hot there plz do have a/c rooms also... i have visited for amarnathji yatra
