Faisal, Saleem,Hilal,Mudasir,Asif,Amin all are very supportive nd humble staff Staying at Sarovar Portico was an incredible experience! This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hospitality is on another level--every staff member was attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered great comfort. The food was a highlight; the chef is truly amazing, serving delicious dishes that exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The hotel's ambiance, cleanliness, and service make it a perfect choice for a luxurious stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch hospitality!

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel Sarovar Portico. The lobby is beautiful. The staff were very attentive and treat us like royalty. The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious but a bit dated. However, they provide bathroom essentials which was great but they need to do maintenance frequently as some of the tiles were broken& stained. The shower hose was problematic. |However, I wish they had more food variety to choose from as it is almost the same type of food every day with different twist.|No shopping near the hotel so if you need to venture out on your own, it is not possible as the tourist attraction is not nearby.|I would recommend this hotel to visitors.

This has to be one of our best stays in Kashmir. We were in Kashmir for seven days out of which we stayed in this hotel sarovar potrico for three days and it has been one of the best experiences ever the HOSPITALITY is beyond words. |My family has had a truly great experience. If you want to stay in Srinagar you cannot miss this one!|From Faizan, Mudasir, Sajjad & Nisar at the reception who made are check in & check out so smooth to Faizal, Hilal, Mudasir & Aqib that were best at the F&B Dining. They've all the required amenities as well. ||It might be a 4 star hotel but the service and hospitality was way beyond a 4 star. ||Kudos to such a great team!

A Magical Stay at Sarovar Portico, Srinagar Our stay at Sarovar Portico in the midst of a snow shower in Srinagar was truly mesmerizing..... The view from every room was spectacular, offering breathtaking sights of the snowy landscape. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay and were impressed by the exceptional hospitality. The cuisine served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, deserving a perfect 10/10. The waitstaff were incredibly helpful, always attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. The suite rooms were cozy, impeccably neat, and provided the utmost comfort. The washrooms were spotless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, the property's proximity to the airport was a significant advantage, eliminating any worries about missing a flight. The hotel cabs were prompt and reliable, making transportation seamless. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and I would highly recommend Sarovar Portico to anyone visiting Srinagar. It's a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and warm hospitality.

Had an amazing stay! The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and conveniently located very close to the airport. Would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very well located just before the airport, which makes it easier for the early morning flights. Brand new and very pleasant property. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms also are brand new and very pleasant. Restaurant has a wide variety of food and staff here is also extremely helpful.

Greet place to stay!! Rooms are clean,comfortable and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Aaqib,Hilal,Saleem & Maqbool. They helped in managing food and other necessities required for managing my 2.5 year old twins.

Great location as it's close to the airport. Clean rooms with all amenities. Nice furnishings. Breakfast had a good variety. Above all very friendly staff, especially Mr. Aamer was extremely helpful in giving tips on where to visit locally.
