This is not a resort or hotel. We booked rooms via Makemytrip and paid full amount. When we reached at night 8.30pm, tired after a whole days work, we reached a deserted place which looked like a private residence. By the time nobody was picking up the phone number mentioned in the booking voucher or in the google. After sometime one Bsf jawan opened the main gate and asked the details. He told that it is a private property, in which they are temporarily residing. When the owner picked up my call, he told he dont deal with Makemytrip and asked them to delete from their list, as 2 days prior similar incident happended. In the night we searched many hotels and got one at 10.30pm. It was a nightmare for me. No we don't know whether it is Makemytrip fooling the public or is it the property owner or both together. Google also. Please remove this from the hotel list.

Acacia palms managed by Club Mahindra is a nice cosy resort at a walking distance from Colva beach.Being close to main street,market,bus stops but still secluded from traffic are other advantages. It has a very tiny 4ft deep so called swimming pool. Restaurant has limited options and not so great. Tourists better not take help of their travel desk which is costlier,rigid abt their charges and somewhat arrogant. If one steps out of main gate, can find reliable and cheaper cabs. Pvt buses to Margaon are running from adjacent beach at frequency of 15 min. Plenty of food options in nearby restaurants so need not depend on high priced in house Restaurant. ||Room cleaning done only alternate daily. 24hr running hot water is one advt.||Colva beach is a clean peaceful beach.

We had booked this hotel ( 2 rooms) through Makemytrip by paying full advance. Got a SMS 2 days before checking that now the booking cannot be cancelled. On arrival at the hotel, which is off the main road in a narrow single lane; we found the main gate closed and opened only after repeatedly honking our vehicles. 2-3 men came out and said there is no booking made, then said there are no rooms available, then someone said how could we give booking when civil work is going on? Manager connected to owner who said he would rent room for cash payment and after sometime refused to give any room. ||We walked from the hotel and booked another one and later claimed refund from Makemytrip ||When asked a friend from Srinagar from hospitality industry, he was found to be ignorant of such a place||Tourist better avoid Mirani Resorts ( it looked only as a lodge)

I was staying in the third floor and rooms are nice and cosy. Because the resort is very close to airport and local transport is easily accessible that was the reason of my staying. The resor is very peaceful covered with quite Greenery. It is also situated in very peaceful area you can take a good evening walk and enjoy the breeze. And also closer to the main local market, where you can find everything from cigratte to bakery (Kashmiri bakery).

A nice place one can say about it........ Priovuding good foods and accommodations..... Staffs a bit costly.... Customer satisfaction is good Behaviour with customers is also nice Only for costly services I am giving only 4 stars otherwise bit higher could be given

I've only seen this outside only outside it looks fantastic but I don't know inside environment is very good, do visit!

This is decent place to stay with small rooms and not good hospitality.The overall structure, room layout, staff etc. is average but restaurant is good.||I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but someone wants to book please ask for the corner rooms
