Hotel Shuhrah-i-Afaq

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 3 nights, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality extended to us was exceptional. The reception staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made the check-in process seamless and pleasant.||Throughout our stay, we were constantly impressed by how friendly and caring all the staff were -- whether it was the housekeeping team, the kitchen staff, or anyone we crossed paths with. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.||The attention to detail, the genuine care, and the positive attitude of the entire team truly made our stay special. It felt like a home away from home. A big thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable -- we'll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended.

The staffs are good and polite. They are all very helpfull and always present at the time of need. Food is also good as compared to outside.Food is changed everyday, so we get varieties of food to try. Room service is very good. Laundry is superfast even in wet season. Chef is supercool and very experienced.

Stayed one night with family here. They have heating beds and ac rooms. Dinner and breakfast available, though the options were limited, food was decent. It is no luxury hotel, but decent enough for resting. There is still a lot of scope for improvement. It is convenient for anyone who has a early flight, as it is close to airport.

Very good behaviour of all staff and all are invite to this hotel. Property is best newly open best friend and the rest is comfortable we recommend everyone to stay here. Good food proper heating. Quick service. Room neat n clean best location near my airport

Very helpful and courteous staff. Had accommodated all 9 of us, even though our booking was at the last moment. The rooms were clean and tidy. Only problem was regarding the hot water in one of the room. Rest, our stay was good and enjoyed. Have scope of improvement in the meal section.

Best hotel in Kashmir. I rate 9.5/10. I have experienced 5 hotels here but this was the best. Survice is fast and good. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Food is good, not oily as other hotels, very healthy. Kind managers and friendly. Very safe, Please visit.

Hotel is located in good proximity of srinagar airport. Just 5 minutes drive from airport. On 12th April 2025 we had early morning flight got cancelled and as per driver recommendation we checked in the hotel. The ambience is nice, staffs are quite helpful, rooms are neat and clean, as per our request they prepared food for our child, After all seven days in kashmir people are here amazing and really helpful.

Hotel staffs are very cooperative and polite. Chef is good as we were travelling with 2 infants and whatever we wanted for kids he provided us with all his best. Hotel is nice and clean.
