To start with, the entire staff is really helpful and on their toes to make sure that you have the most comfortable and seamless experience. Usually, it takes 1-1.5 hours to arrive here from Srinagar and hence, it is important to have a smooth check-in. The manager Abrar made sure that we have a pleasant stay and the restaurent manager, Shahid ensured the food was delectable and custom tailored to our choice.|The resort room views are beyond words (and can be googled) so I wont add much to it.|We also got a free upgrade to our current rooms which was a really kind gesture considering I had senior citizen and kids.|Overall a very very good experience and we will surely visit again!|Thanks team!

Good room. The toilet had an old used soap and shampoo bottle. Hot water not working. Room heater not working. The ace has a pre-set timer of 4 hr. So even if ac/heater works it switches off. Good food. If you want t fish order in advance you may get it. As I had to take a bath in cold water and not warm room I will not recommend this hotel. Check ac and hot water and then only take the room.

I had a wonderful stay at BADAR RESORT , Sonmarg; The hospitality was top-notch, with a warm and welcoming front desk team ensuring a smooth check-in and providing helpful local guidance. The housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness to the highest standards, making our stay extremely comfortable. The food service was excellent, offering delicious and fresh meals made by Sahid and Tahzad with a variety of options. The overall ambiance was peaceful, and the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. A must-visit place if you want a great stay in Srinagar!

My honest review about my overall experience was, the property have a decent location, rooms are spacious but when it comes to services be it room service, the food and the in room services are very pathetic. The electricity is fluctuating, the food which we ordered over our 3 night of stay was expensive and average taste. The management of the hotel is poor, the manager has language barrier and they do not provide anything complimentary even when it's mentioned while you're booking the hotel, they charged us higher amount for food which was different than the menu card and staff always asks for tip even if they deliver you a small water bottle. We had sleepless night because of heating system failures, the hotel needs to manage more efficiently if they wish to be in the business.

Overall experience was good. Room service was week , restaurant staff was very cooperative specially shahid who took good care and also made dishes on special request. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, the first day food wasn't very good but when we complained the staff took care of it and improved the taste and quality.

One of best hotel in Sonmarg. Food was delicious especially biryani. Rooms are neat nd clean. Front office manager Mr Abrar was very helpful. If any one is travelling to kashmir I would highly recommend Hotel Badar Resort sonmarg. Our family enjoyed every moment there

Honest review... The location is beautiful for summer season, for winters it not even average. The hotel room was very normal and expensive.. The hotel management was also not that great, the tap ran out of water in the morning itself and we were later provided with mud water to get ready. The food was average. Didnt like the place much.

One of my best hotel stay i can say. I was there for 1 day and me and my family very much happy with everything. I will must recommend to my family and friends and i personally will visit again
