Hotel Akbar Pulwama

We ordered biryani and it was average in taste and the attitude of waiter was on another level i told him 4 times to get me a cold drink and he wasnt even responding i waited for 10 minutes to get a cold drink

One of the most fraud people that I have seen .I had send them a confirmation from my agency and told him to get the payment directly by my customer but keep something for mine commission as well ... firstly they agreed on phn ..but after the customer checked out from the hotel they refused to take any call and didn't even replied to my msg as well ...If I would be knowing that they will do this thing to me I could have never sent my customer to there hotel ...

I don't know anything about the rates their. But this year, my close friends marriage was successfully managed here for 4 days in succession. So gives a good notion of the hotel.

The worst experience. Room are not at all clean. The linens were so dirty. Not at all hygienic. There is no other options available in Phulwama as on year 2022 when I visited. So better plan your stay at Nowgam as it's on the national highway and its takes 45 mins to reach Phulwama.

The only place in Pulwama with authentic wazwan. They also serve multiple cuisines. Best known for taste, service and hygiene.

Very nice hotel to stay and to visit scenic beauty of south Kashmir.
