Very bad experience. There are insects in rooms. Sofas are not good. Bedsheets are not clean. Overall, not recommended. bhuul kr bhii mt aanaa /

Worst hotel in my experience. Worst service quality and no sense of emergency or hospitality.

This hotel is in a beautiful place. The surroundings are so beautiful. Our balcony view was just amazing. We were able to see the Gondola Ride from our balcony. The room has enough space for the stay. Bathrooms are clean. The balcony serves beautiful and eye catching views. Worth every penny. Also, Patnitop itself is a soothing and calming place. Loved the weather. It's chilling at night and pleasant in the morning.

Approach to the hotel is not good you have to climb stairs. Room were not clean. View from balcony room was good with proper ventilation but round bed was not good as there were some insects and nobody came to change the mattress. It was little far from main patnitop location.

Hotel service and staff is not good. I am not recommend to this hotel property. Staff is very unprofessional and hotel bathroom and bed very bad

Worst experience of life to book room here Bad stinking rooms,they don't change sheets . Rude behaviour and pathetic rooms. Couldn't stay for more than 1 hour in the hotel

Best facilities that are required in a hotel. Best choice if u desire to spend a vacation at such a beautiful and calm place. Best services and polite nature of staff members. Food quality was at its best and it was tasty. Best view of the hills of patnitop. Fair price of the rooms and rooms were clean and provided with all facilities.

The view from hotel is very charming and peaceful. Rooms are very neat and clean. Food is also tasty. The hotel staff is very supportive. We will definitely visit and stay there again
