Rooms are very good , staff is very co operative. Food was good. But due to frequent power cut we did not get hot water on time. Location is a bit far from main market

I stay 1 Night in this hotel with family.hotel location very good. Hotel Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Restaurant is neat and clean. Overall hotel is good.

Hotel located near river rafting point. Rooms are clean and species and equipped with Central heater and heating mat on bad. Staff is very supportive. Food is delicious.

Experience was nice.. and that too only because of the staff.. Bilal, Rauf & Shamsi were very helpful. Bilal especially took personal care to see that everything is comfortable. Food was really good & tasty. The hotel only opened 4 months back on Nov 15th 24.. hence renovation work going on. Being along side the rivulet canal and water level being low, a foul smell emanates in the room, especially the toilet. Location is very much inside and not that good.. many small hotele in same lane. Otherwise nice..

It was an excellent experience, the rooms are really great and warm too, so no need to have any tension about cold weather, the food too is great and the behavior of the staffs are also great, highly recommended.

1st time visiting & feeling Best place to stay in pahalgam, perfect location for sight seeing, staff persons are also very co-oprative & helping, very humble & friendly & familiar natures with guest, food quality is also very good, jain food also available which's quality is very good & tasty, all rooms are neat & clean, room heater is working properly.
