Extremely great comfortable stay. Extremely warm staff with smiling faces| All requests fulfilled within minutes. Prompt service. Food was average. But restaurant staff Aijaz, Irfan and Mr. Ajay more than made up for it with their thoughtful service. The view from balcony is awesome, though some buildings are under construction. Go for rooms on fourth or fifth floor., mountain facing.

1) the size of rooms mentioned is incorrect. 272 sq ft Premium & 350 sq ft Superior are incorrect. They have included washroom area too. 2) This make it NOT worth - mis leading & Expensive for the money paid. 3) Rooms Service is good. 4) Views are good. 5) Distance from main location is away. Which one is aware if ur seeing this property 6) Food is Good. Services are good. But the hotel just not justify the price...

I felt it too expensive. The room is compact and so is the balcony. The balcony view is likely to get blocked very soon due to a new construction which is in progress. But yeah, the rooms were neat and well maintained with proper central heater facility. The food tasted good and the menu was decent. The staff were friendly and well behaved. Overall, it's a great property to stay but definitely not worthy for the price paid.

Checkin was done ver fast and without any hassle. Rooms are spacious and most importantly, temperature is controlled aptly, making stay comfortable. Service is also very fast. We ordered for extra bed and Mr Feroz provided very quick service. Extra bed was provided at shortest time. Food quality and spread can be improved.

It was a very comfortable stay there.From the starting of giving us a last minute check in into a beautiful suit room, hospitality welcoming approach by all the staff. As my husband is on a wheelchair so everyone made us feel so very comfortable and helpful at all the places. Thank you so much for everything Food was also very excellent and tasty. Hospitality is amazing .

Very warm staff and the view is awesome. The food was nice| Catering could use some improvement but overall an excellent experience. Must stay here if visiting pehelgam. It has pool table as well in case you are stuck in hotel during snowfall.
