During a tragic incident in Pahalgam, they stood by us, boosting our morale and providing unwavering support. The hotel even offered us a complimentary dinner on that difficult day, a gesture that deeply touched us. General Manager Aashiq's kindness further enhanced our experience. The spacious rooms with stunning valley views made our stay soothing and memorable. The food was delicious, adding to the overall delight. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service, breathtaking views, and outstanding hospitality.

Resort is located at a beautiful location. They are having delicious Buffett and neighbours had invited a singer that made it a more worthy stay.!! Next time I'll stay again.. Chandanwari and badam valley are also nearby.. Mountains and River are also beautiful view once you take a view from restaurant towards the backyard. Staff was also cooperative and helpful. Condition of linen, towels, and extra beddings is also excellent. Book before you travel as there might be a chance of room unavailability

It's a boutique hotel. The lobby has a very rich and luxurious feel to it. They have an awesome collection of some fine European artifacts and paintings. Infact, the entire place has a European vibe. The Restaurant is good with some breathtaking views of snow capped mountains and green meadows. There is a stream flowing at the back of the resort very much approachable on foot. I would say, the serene sound of flowing water and the clean stream is the star feature of the resort. Full marks for location and setting. The staff was helpful and courteous, though. Food was tasty with good variety available in buffet as well as a la cart menu. No problem on service and hospitality front. The rooms however, are small. We booked the solarium which is supposed to be the largest room. Enough for a couple and 1 kid but kind of congested for the price paid. What killed the mood was big sanitation issue in the lobby washroom. The washroom floor was all drenched in filthy water and the bad odour was travelling upto the upstairs rooms as well ( the most expensive ones by the way). I hope it is taken care of now!

I stayed for 2 days in mid March with family. Resort located near betaab valley and location wise it's really nice - river on back yard. During our stay, we experienced snow fall for one day. Room size is bit small but view from room was nice. Resort service is really good. Room heating system is excellent. Overall experience is fantastic. Highly recommend this resort for Pahalgam stay.

Despite its secluded location, the resort had all the top-notch facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to Adil and the rest of the staff, who showed great warmth and professionalism, making our experience even better. The food was outstanding, adding to the overall delight of our trip. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent service, this is the place to be!

It is a wonderful resort and not less than a tourist spot itself. Surrounded by pine forests and snow capped mountain tops as well as a lovely stream flowing adjacent, this is the place to stay. Hospitality of the resort is top class. The resort authorities and all staff are very friendly and take good care of all guests.

Had a pleasant stay at the Forest Resort. The resort had access to a small tributary of a river about 3 min away! This was the highlight! The rooms were compact but offer super views of the Valley! The bathrooms had special tiles that were always warm independent of the weather! Only thing was there were some rooms on the first floor and there was no elevator. It was slightly difficult with parents. The location is slightly away but not too bad. Also the property is not fully completed, so can expect it to be become better. The food was excellent. The dining hall was well designed and made of glass with a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sky! Overall a good experience!
